Grand appartement situé à la fois au calme et en centre ville. Au rez-de-chaussée, il est composé d'une cuisine aménagée et équipée, d'une salle à manger avec un espace jeux (baby-foot haut de gamme) et poele à granulé, d'une salle cinéma, d'une salle de bain et wc. À l'étage, une grande pièce dortoir composée de deux lits 140x190, d'un fauteuil (transformable en lit une personne) et un lit bébé. Un piano vient accompagné cette pièce. Une cour commune partagée est disponible (coin repas)
