Situé en plein cœur du parc naturel régional du Perche, dans un hameau typique, la maison de Marie est un gite entièrement réhabilité en 2019 dans le respect du bâti percheron (tomettes anciennes, enduits à la chaux, poutres apparentes..). Doté de tout le confort nécessaire et de la fibre, c'est le lieu idéal pour votre séjour à la campagne à moins de 2 heures de Paris. Une borne de recharge est accessible selon conditions. Le calme, la nature et les produits locaux seront au rendez-vous.

Nous sommes tombés amoureux du Perche et avons rénovés ce petit coin de paradis : La Grande Maison pour nous et La Petite Maison pour nos hôtes...pour que vous aussi vous connaissiez le Perche Effect !

You are staying at the gates of the Perche (Saint Cosme en Vairais) in an old bread oven. Quiet and peaceful place 4 km from the village. The accommodation has a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, a living area with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, a plot of land and a garden shed (with outdoor furniture).
