Very spacious, comfortable, impeccably equipped, excellent 4G network coverage, the house offers everything you need to feel at home. The large fenced garden was a real plus for our two doggies! The views from the house are great wherever you are and the sunsets are beautiful! The many amenities available (raclette, bikes, foosball, chess...) have made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is ideally located for exploring the surroundings: Lac d 'Etival and various hiking departures within 10 minutes of the house, most of the sights only 30 to 45 minutes drive. We left delighted, and with the desire to come back soon. Thank you so much!”

When you live in the city and you arrive at Julie's, you are flooded with serenity and calm, I needed it. The house is really very warm and extremely well-equipped (small chocolate madeleines and bottle of cold water on arrival), it's like home. The place is just beautiful. Julie is very responsive to questions, very discreet too and really adorable. I can only highly recommend Julie and her house. I plan to go back. There's so much to see around Maisod. Thanks Julie.

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and fresh comforts awaited us (thanks also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything you need is there. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lake Bourget. We recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Dominique welcomed us very warmly. Her accommodation is ideal for family reunions in a quiet place in nature. Many outdoor and indoor games are available especially for children. Would love to come back.

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

Geneviève and Roger's apartment is as it appears in the listing. We loved the charm of the entire apartment with the woodwork, the stone walls, the touches of romance with the candles, the decorations and then we were impressed by the hosts' desire that their tenants feel at home with everything necessary and even more (games, books, a piano, blankets and cushions, plants, many bath towels, good bedding, etc.) Our stay was fantastic and if we return to the area, we will definitely stay with Geneviève and Roger again.

Very nice accommodation and very large, close to Iséta for professional training, very close to the lake and the bike path around the lake, at the end of the garden!! Quiet, clean and functional apartment, very pleasant host and provided with valuable local services. Bakery and restaurant just around the corner. Amazing!

Modern, well-equipped and comfortable apartment...in the middle of nature. Many activities to do on site or within 20 minutes drive... It is even possible to skate on the Lac de l 'Abbaye below the apartment... great sensations

Philippe's cottage is in a green setting, between the fields and the forest. The kitchen is convenient and has all the necessary equipment (many appliances, blenders, dishes etc.) The mountain decoration is tastefully chosen and the furniture and bedding of good quality. We had a lovely weekend with friends with our kids.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Very bright studio, clean, very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secure in the building's parking lot, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Adeline is a pleasant and attentive host. We have small touches and recommendations to make the most of our stay in Annecy. The accommodation is functional, quiet and has a beautiful outdoor space.

Maude was very nice and responsive and her apartment is as described in the listing. It is in a great location and equipped. It has all the comforts you could want; it is bright and the view of the mountains is superb. Maude leaves documentation available and gives suggestions for restaurants that are appreciable.
