The appendix

The Annex, like an auxiliary ship's boat, is a small part of my house. It is a new and very well-equipped accommodation. Small is beautiful could be its motto. It has on the ground floor, a bright living room with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs 2 small "boat cabin" bedrooms. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside, and the north-facing garden allows you to enjoy the morning sun surrounded by flowers in season.

A nice place to recharge and get away from it all! Ideally located for water activities (kite, surf, sand yachting...), direct access to hiking trails and bike paths, to visit the area (Quiberon peninsula, Morbihan golf course, Etel estuary...) and its megaliths!

Independent studio of 20 m2 with terrace (partly shared) part of our main house, dating from the 1920s and recently renovated (built by Sarah Bernhardt's seamstress). Simple but comfortable accommodation, located a 10-minute walk from the pier (about 200m from the citadel) and a 3-minute walk from the buses serving the whole island, ideal for hiking. Shared and accessible parking, garden and laundry (laundry ok and luggage storage if needed).

Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). New wooden house in the village of Ile d'Arz, rue Michel Boitard, ideally located 500 m from the Penera slipway to the east, 400 m from the coastal path to the west and 900 m from the beach of Brouel to the south. On the ground floor, a 35 m² living room overlooks a 30 m² terrace and its south-facing garden (fully equipped kitchen, living area with wood stove, toilet). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a toilet and a dormitory attic.

La Villa du Pressoir, beautiful Breton farmhouse

Beautiful Breton farmhouse renovated in 2022 a short walk to the Ria d'Étel, in a quiet hamlet in Belz. 5 min from the beach, the Ria d'Etel and shops. Billiards, foosball, petanque, brazier and fireplace (wood not included). The house accommodates 10 people in main beds, with 2 extra beds for children/teens, up to 12 guests. Close to coastal trails, Saint-Cado, beaches and typical villages. Also 20 min from Quiberon and Carnac.

We look forward to hosting you in our home located in the heart of the Po. Guests can admire the sunsets and enjoy the natural charm of the Po cove. Guests can take advantage of its 120 m2 with an open kitchen, a living room facing the sea. Three of its four bedrooms offer views of the cove. Walks on the GR34 and oyster and shellfish tasting on the program. Important information: in July and August, bookings are from Sunday to Sunday.
