Our stay here was perfect. Claudia was a super host, the apartment was lovely and clean, and the location is brilliant, a five minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and amenities nearby. Having access to bikes was a real plus too. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here. Very thoughtful and accommodating host - this is the home she grew up in and her care for it and our stay was clear. The home has a family vibe and is in the middle of beautiful Emiglia-Romagna farmland. Our daughters especially enjoyed the patio chairs on the lawn and the cherry tree that was full of fruit. This was great value for money and Catia was very accommodating of our large group. We highly recommend!

We stayed at Renata’s place for 4 nights while my wife was attending a conference in Rimini. Renata’s place is in a perfect location. Close to the main downtown area and only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beaches. It is a cozy comfortable space that we felt really comfortable in. Parking was super easy as well. We would highly recommend staying at Renata’s place.

It was wonderful to stay at Paola's house, the photos don't do it justice! Spacious and extremely clean, it was ideal for my family. Paola is an excellent host, thoughtful but never intrusive, she made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommended!!

The apartment delivers what the advertisement promises. It is large, clean, flooded with light and always has a shady balcony space to offer due to the two balconies, depending on the time of day. Sun lovers will also not be shorted on the balconies. Due to the location on the 4th floor, the view is wonderful. It can be easily reached by the in-house elevator. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a relaxing short vacation. Even oil, vinegar and spices are there. Also an espresso machine with plenty of capsules. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom for the unprepared vacationer. Even the detergent for the existing washing machine is available. You can park the car in the private courtyard, which is closed with a barrier. The apartment has its own parking space. My conclusion: the apartment is definitely recommended. If I find myself back in Emilia-Romana, I will book this apartment again.

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay in Rimini. Gabriele and his lovely wife Bianca treated us like family. They were more than helpful and welcoming. I cannot recommend their AirBnB more. We will certainly return ☺️.

I am hesitant to post about this spot because I feel like Cervia is a hidden gem for anyone looking to travel anywhere near Bologna. We adored this town - the forest, the farm, the salt flats, the harbour, the beach, the seafood, and we happened to be in town for a huge festival so saw parades, archery etc. thanks to Alice's helpful suggestions. We enjoyed this so much. Also the smell of the garden was such a bonus. Gorgeous.

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

Enrico is an exceptional host! He contacted me in advance to make sure the trip was going well and, upon arrival, he was there waiting for me. He showed me the apartment carefully and immediately made himself available for anything I needed. During the stay, he wrote to me several times to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. There’s not much to say. The place is cozy and comfortable. It’s located I guess near a central street where you could take a relaxing evening promenade, enjoying the warm lighting. To visit a beach you can reach Marina di Ravenna by bus in 40 minutes. The apartment has anything you might need. Angelika was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. She gave us pointers about restaurants and events. It’s been a pleasure to meet her. We’d stay here again without a doubt.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
