50 meters from the sea, very clean, not very noisy, close to public transport and above all very spacious. The host is clear and responsive. Recommended.

We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the place was really nice for that. It's three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities are really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

We stayed 3 days for the April 25 bridge. Petra is a super helpful and very kind person! If I had to go back to that area, I would not hesitate to contact you!

This homestay is next to the train station and there is a parking lot downstairs, so it is very convenient for public transportation and private cars as a temporary residence.The apartment has a two-bedroom, one-living room layout, and is also very relaxing. The host also prepared a simple breakfast for us. Even if we disturbed him very late, he still patiently helped us. Thank you very much.😊

We are very happy to have chosen Linda's place. The place was as described by Linda and the surroundings were very great. We have reached everything very well on foot and there would also have been the possibility to rent bicycles to be even more flexible. Linda always responded immediately and asked several times if everything was okay. She's a very thoughtful host. We would always book this place again.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Responsive, helpful, kind hosts! Apartment is clean, cosy, equipped with everything. Very close to the train station, and walkable distance to the centre and grocery stores.

Everything was fine. Our questions about things to do or anything else were always well answered. The facility is very well maintained and the house has everything you need to cook and linger there. The pool was our highlight Everything is very charmingly furnished and lovingly designed.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

The stay was wonderful. Elisa was very quick to answer any questions I had. Very quiet neighborhood, and I had no problem sleeping. Could walk to local grocery store. Wonder park right across the street with great walking paths.

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in this rural location surrounded by green hills and olive trees. The place is a real paradise for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake, perfect for recharging. Our cat also loved the quiet atmosphere and the house. Daniele was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful (at all times!), making us feel comfortable right away. We recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy a peaceful corner in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

We felt very comfortable in this very individual accommodation, whose furniture has been family-owned for a long time. The house with its beautiful garden is in the middle of fields in a very rural area and has a lot of charm. There are only two neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so it is usually quiet. We did a great trip to Urbino and found the area overall delightful. Thank you very much for sharing this special place.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were very satisfied and would come back.

Very good location and from the house you could see San Marino as well as small town Verucchio. Very good place to enjoy the peaceful house and feel the interaction with nature. Chiara is a very warm-heart host and patient to answer our questions. Her pets are also very friendly. I will recommend this apartment to everyone:)

Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! Friendly and discreet host, flexible with respect to our uncertain check-in time, residential location but convenient to reach the center by car, perfect accommodation for 5 people and hospitality with the essentials for one night and one morning in transit. We would gladly come back for several days!
