Monthly Rentals in Bella Vista, Belize City

Joseph’s place was good for a short stay. It’s in a safe location of Belize city. It was perfect for the price. Only thing is there is a car permanently parked in the one space, so be prepared to always park on the roadside. Very clean and host was responsive.

We used Tiana’s place to crash before we hit the airport in the morning. We used she’s taxi driver and everything was smooth. Couple decent places to eat nearby per Tiana’s recommendation. We LOVED Sahara Grill, which is Lebanese food and very reasonably priced. If you are used to resort life you may find that the neighborhood feels a bit rough, but it’s a typical Belizean community scene, with locals milling about and sort of a mixed housing scene also typical of the area. Little canal out back with decent birding actually! Sitting on the patio listening to Bob Marley drift through the neighbors windows. I loved the modern feel of the combo and the authenticity of the location. You can get downtown or to the water taxis easily (even though that wasn’t our angle this trip). And, we needed early check in and Tiana helped us do that for a small fee, which is fair. All in all, would recommend!

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect. I needed to find somewhere to stay for a very last minute trip and this listing did not disappoint. Everything was immaculate and matched the photos exactly. The area was very peaceful and private. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful home and beautiful stay. I love the nice touches like the filtered water, tea/coffee and soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It’s also a nice area (Old Belize) with restaurants, entertainment and a beach. Very interesting train exhibit in the area as well. Highly recommend.
