Accommodations in Belknap Springs

We enjoyed staying at Dawn’s place for our trip to Bend. It’s about 10 minutes outside of downtown, in a neighborhood that feels more secluded than your typical suburban area (we saw deer and California quail, lots of other birds, area has lots of trees and water, etc.). Dawn clearly put a lot of energy into making this space feel like a home away from home (deep, clean bathtub, updated finishes, large bed - note it is on soft side, games, lovely welcome basket, etc.). Dawn was very communicative and offered a late check-out so that we could enjoy a relaxing morning before our departure. Great choice!

We found this cozy retreat a perfect fit for our family of 4. The space is adorably upgraded with modern cabin features and many comforts. Highlights were the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, nice and clean hot tub, and a great selection of bikes. The property is perfectly located to enjoy all that Sunriver offers. Kitchen was outfitted with bare necessities. Game cabinet had a nice variety. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location with beautiful mountain view on clear days. Restaurants and shopping walking distance. Tastefully decorated home with all the amenities one can desire. Highly recommend!

We love a king size bed and it was super comfortable! We were able to sleep well and the room had everything we needed for a long weekend of skiing at Bachelor. Everything else we did was within a 5 minute drive. Good coffee and breweries within a mile.

We had a great time staying at Cathi and Michael’s place. It is very cozy and clean and has all of the things that we need. The view is great - we enjoyed our time eating next to the window facing outside. The bed is very comfortable. They provided information for the trails nearby and the instructions are very helpful! The recommended restaurants are all very good. Cathi came out and say hi to us during our stay and recommended a few things and we appreciated her recommendations. We had a wonderful time staying there. Thank you Cathi and Michael!

My wife & I enjoyed our stay! We love it in Sunriver & have stayed at many rentals. The house was great, location was wonderful. Very private. We will be back!

What are great place! Spacious, clean, well equipped (so many high-quality kitchen gadgets!), in a perfect location. The view goes right onto a beautiful lawn/tree area, and there are walking trails along the Deschutes just a few minutes walk away. We went skiing at Bachelor, which is an easy 25 minute drive away. The hot tub was great too — in fact, there are two hot tubs, and we had both to ourselves. Aaron was super-helpful and quick to respond when I wasn’t immediately able to locate the on/off switch for the fireplace. He also sent helpful updates and information throughout our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
