Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a peaceful and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walks or bike rides, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool May, June, July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

For your comfort, you have parking, a private terrace and a dining area, equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo), as well as a fridge. Linens are provided. WiFi and TV connection.

This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.
