Seaside is cozy, very clean and accurately described in the listing. Steve was a great host, very responsive, and very accommodating. The location is within easy walking distance of local restaurants, The Bean, shopping opportunities and the waterfront.

We loved watching a doe and a fawn each morning. The view was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was clean. Loved that Celeste met us at our arrival. The covered parking garage was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We travel to eastern NC every year to vend at a local festival and always enjoy finding a new BnB to stay in. This location was excellent and is the perfect spot for 2-3 guests. Super clean and felt like home!

Home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Host was pleasant and responsive, when we reached out. But we didn’t need to reach out much, because the home had what we needed. Host provided a welcome basket with treats from local merchants, which was a very nice touch. We truly enjoyed our stay!

What a perfect, walkable, centrally located, spacious and immaculate place to stay in downtown Washington, NC! To me, the space seemed much larger than the pictures made it appear. That is always a very pleasant surprise. The air-conditioning was perfectly capable of keeping the house super comfortable on what proved to be a pretty hot weekend. We enjoyed walks to local breweries, and boutiques, and being able to be down on the water by the boats. Truly a fantastic place to stay. Neil was extraordinarily responsive, and everything worked as it should. We would absolutely go back again!

Scenic views, relaxing stay. Great fishing from the dock and stunning sunsets over the Sound. We had a great time watching dozens of hummingbirds at the feeders over morning coffee on the deck. Kids had plenty of yard to play in and had a blast with the Pokémon chess set and the bunk beds. Thanks for a great stay!

We rented J.P.'s property to house my out of town family members and use the property for our wedding/reception venue. He was quick to answer my thousands of questions about the property. He even allowed us to drop off wedding things the day before we checked in. This property is absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family! It is a great place to host a small wedding and reception. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous. It made a stunning backdrop for our wedding pictures. It was so nice to have my parents, sister, and several Aunts and Uncles all in 1 place. This is a must stay at property.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! My friends and I absolutely loved everything about it. The hosts were very responsive and kind enough to fix a mistake I made with the initial booking. The house was beautiful and in a great spot. The waterfront was gorgeous and we loved the kayaks. Can't wait to stay there again!

It is a very quiet and restful place. Great for reading a book or studying. The water in back was rough and not really user friendly per se, but lovely to see. Great sunsets. Grocery store in Columbia was very nice. There are no beaches at all unless we missed them.

We absolutely adored this charming and beautifully appointed cottage. Tonyia has done a lovely and imaginative job of renovating and decorating this 18th century home. It has very lovely furnishings and a very cheery feel. The kitchen is quite cute and up to date. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms are also spacious and extremely clean. The upstairs master bath vanity and sink is precious! In the back of the house there is lovely deck with a small grill, a patio table and a private driveway. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Tonyia’s Airbnb!

Great place to stay! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, playing golf at Harbour pointe and exploring downtown new Bern on day 1, and then touring tryon palace, playing disc golf, and enjoying the amenities on property on day 2. Sara’s is a great dinner spot nearby for dine in or pick up!

This place is very well appointed - anything you might need was there! It's a lovely space, nicely decorated in an oceanside theme, spotlessly clean, with comfortable furniture and a comfortable bed. The owner offered access to a nearby recreation center, and we would have loved to but it was very much a working weekend for us and we did not have time to take advantage of that. There's plenty of parking available and getting in was quick and easy. Highly recommended and would rent again next time we need a place in the area!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

My family & I had a great stay, beautiful home with everything we needed. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We saw lots of deer and squirrels, moon over the river was beautiful. A great retreat after beach days and running around New Bern.

We had a wonderful stay at this new listing! The home is very comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the beautiful deck overlooking the Neuse River — the view is absolutely stunning and made for peaceful mornings and unforgettable sunsets. Although this is a new listing, everything was smooth and thoughtfully prepared. I'm sure the owner will earn Super host status in no time. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Nice and inviting place. Despite the cold weather, the area is great for exploring historic landmarks and easy to get to other attractions and areas of business for the week.
