Monthly Rentals in Belgrano

I honestly don’t know where to start from. Just spent a month and a half at Javier’s place, working remotely. This is not an AirBnb, this place feels like home!! Every single detail is thought of, including the dedicated working space. Anything you might need for a long-term stay, you’ll find it in the apartment! Unlike many other AirBnbs, both Javier and his mother, who will be the one doing the check in, actually care about your stay and make sure you not only have all the information you need, but are also super proactive in their communication. The place is close to everything - shops, metro, cafés, supermarkets, even Palermo is a quick walk down the road. Super safe neighbourhood as well. Internet is super fast. Can not recommend this place enough!!! This is definitely going to be my preferred choice for my next trip to Buenos Aires!!

Very nice apartment. I had everything we needed with my partner to cook. The area is very nice too, with a lot to do, quiet. The host is very friendly, always active, attentive to what we needed. The table was a great plus detail, where you can work comfortably and watch movies. The space is ideal for a couple. The very quiet and central neighborhood, close to cafes and you have options to go to the Day or the Carrefour as well as fiambrerias. Everything is clean, equipped, and very organized. I would definitely come back here!

Really lovely place. Hernan is a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. Place has pretty much anything you might want, and was spotlessly clean. Quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to buses, Subtle. A real gem.

Pablo and Erika's apartment was one of the best we've visited on the platform. Hosts are always helpful with any questions. The facilities are very comfortable and the area is very safe to get around. We will certainly return. 100% recommended!!
