We had a great stay at this house. It was an awesome location, very private, and not too far from necessities. The house was incredible and very well organized for easy living experience. Rebecca was great with the check in and check out instructions. Everything we had to do was very clear. I also left some clothing in the dryer and she was great with quick communication in order for me to be able to get my things back after we had already checked out. 100% would visit again.

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

Our stay at Xavier's home was amazing - the property is beautiful (especially the kitchen and master bathroom!!) and the kids loved the heated pool! It's close to an adorable downtown area and just down the street from "The Desert of Maine" (which was so cool, definitely recommend to check out - and with mini golf right next door too!). Xavier was very responsive to our questions and helpful with volunteering useful information - it was clear how much he cares about ensuring his guests have the best experience possible. Our kids didn't want to leave! We had an incredible time, and you will too :)

We loved everything about our stay. The house is in such a convenient location, a quick drive to grocery stores and downtown Bath, and also convenient to the Maine Maritime Museum, Popham Beach, and more. The house is lovely with lots of space and everything you could need for a relaxing and fun time. Most importantly, the barn is amazing- such a unique space for enjoying a cocktail, watching the fog on the Kennebec, playing corn hole, or watching a movie on the projector screen. Wonderful all around!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The amenities were perfect, and we were close to Oxford Casino and other restaurants or attractions. We’re hoping to return in the summer to take full advantage of the pool. I definitely recommend Donna’s property!

We loved our stay at Jason’s place! We had 10 total people staying for Labor Day weekend - 7 adults, 3 kids and a dog. We all had plenty of room, the house was gorgeous - especially the kitchen and living room! We used the pool, the lake (kayaks and canoes - lots of life jackets to choose from), the basketball court and were so thankful for the option to rent the pontoon boat! My son had a great time fishing. The neighborhood is very quiet. We also had fun checking out nearby antique shops one morning & going into Bangor one evening for dinner. We will be back!

We had a delightful stay in this unique, beautifully designed, well-equipped house. The views were incredible and we stayed "home" for the majority of our meals rather than go out to eat and the kitchen was very well-stocked with high quality everything. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the late afternoons, listening to the birds and watching the tide go in and out. Very peaceful and just what we needed after a stressful July. We didn't love Brunswick itself, however -- a bit too commercial and built up for our tastes and there was traffic getting everywhere. That was the only downside of our stay but the house was wonderful.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

Awesome after Christmas getaway with our 4 adult children. Plenty of room to be together and apart. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and plethora of towels! Old school fun with the many game choices. Beautiful sunrises over the lake and enjoyed numerous walks ON the lake. Will be sure to recommend to others looking for a lovely, comfortable stay.

The house was an amazing location! We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises & sunsets while grilling dinners in the evenings! The house was very clean and Robert was a great host. I mess him to ask if there was an axe on site. He responded that there wasn’t but that he would get firewood for us the next morning. It was so awesome to sit around the fire at night and hear the loons calling. It was very relaxing. We had to travel at least an hour to do the site seeing we wanted to do but we expected that. Overall was great and I’d recommend the house to others!!

It is a very nice place. The location and property were great. Would like to have a better table to eat at because it was very narrow, but I don’t know how a bigger table would fit. Other than that, it wouldn’t stop us from coming back.

What an amazing spot! My family and I enjoyed mornings on the dock, watching spectacular sunrises and daily sightings of bald eagles. The walk down to the dock was lined nicely with stone steps and once on the dock it was hard to leave. The three kayaks allowed us to explore the coastline and although the shoreline was rocky, we enjoyed a dip in the cool September waters. The house was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything and anything needed. Lisa was great to work with, quick to answer any questions and accommodating with requests. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the sunrise each morning, priceless. The location was perfect, within minutes from a venue where we were attending a wedding and a few restaurants, although we hated to leave the house. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home that slept seven of us comfortably. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with stunning views, this place is perfect. We would love to visit again.

Such a beautiful property! The river & waterfall are gorgeous! Would live to come back in summer to enjoy the outside. We visited in Jan for my sons wedding but would love to come back in warmer weather. The hone is so cozy and was very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay at Jessica’s place in Freeport. It was everything she described and then some. The guys felt right at home and comfortable while working construction .in the area

This is an amazing property with a very cool house. Check-in was easy, Tyler is a very responsive host, and we were able to find everything we needed and wanted. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired sauna during sunrise, and the fire pit in the evenings.

This is a lovely spot on a beautiful lake. The house was quiet, clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and you could control the heat in various parts of the house. I would definitely recommend this place for a cozy stay!

Awesome stay. Owner was very friendly. House was set up great and was very clean, organized and stocked well with essentials. She even left us some fresh goodies from a local bakery. We will be back for another stay in the future.

We stayed at Jonathan’s place for my bachelorette trip to Maine and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet ladies weekend with beautiful surroundings. The house had nearly everything we needed, and everything we weren’t able to bring or find at the house could easily be purchased at the nearby Fales Store that Jonathan recommended. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked and we had more than enough blankets, towels, etc. to accommodate 11 women. Jonathan’s place provided a halfway point between Portland and Acadia National Park where we spent part of our weekend in peak fall color. It’s also a short 30min drive from Camden Harbor where we chartered a sailboat before coming back to a cozy fire in the wood burning fireplace and a gas firepit in the backyard. The house had plenty of space for all of us to sleep and to socialize. Jonathan was very responsive at check-in and check-out. We felt so welcome - 10/10 would recommend, we had an incredible weekend!

We had a lovely stay. The house is across the street from the lake and surrounded by woods. Beautiful tall white birches outside of the back door. We heard a barred owl and a loon on the lake. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. This was a perfect place to stay for our nephews wedding. We hiked the round top trail in Belgrade, which we recommend. We had breakfast at Java Joe’s in Farmington, very good
