The property features a 500 m² private garden with an 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool, exclusively available to you and your travel companions. The villa extends over three fully accessible floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe area, and a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms: the Blue Room with its own en-suite bathroom, the Gold Room, the Rose Room, and an additional bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the Silver Room with its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large rooftop terrace. It is a single building. A deposit is collected from the guest at check-in (up to 10% of the rental fee) for electricity and water usage. The remainder of the deposit will be paid to the guest at check-out. 5 kWh electricity is 1 Euro. 1 ton of water is 1 Euro. Curtains and blinds are used instead of shutters.
