Bikes can be securely locked in the basement. The penthouse floor can only be reached by residents with a chip via the elevator.

A quiet apartment with balcony on a former farm. In the morning, the tap could possibly crow . The sheep and horses are quite calm. Otherwise, you will experience pure nature, as the farm is located in the outer area. Ideal for people who want to work and relax in absolute peace. There is a bright friendly home office space (see picture). In particular, our house is aimed at people with a healthy and respectful understanding of nature.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no “paddleable” connection to other lakes. A “Fire TV Stick” is available to log in with your own Netflix & Co account.
