I’m always staying here when I visit in makati. Host is very kindly with great support. Appreciate Carl to provide comfortable room and time here. Highly recommend to stay here, room is better than 5 stars hostels for me and there are lot of good restaurants, Spa and amazing place.

Clear instructions, very helpful host, very well thought of space amenities, hospitable personnels, everything has been intentionally curated and prepared for a relaxing stay. This is by far the best Airbnb that I have stayed in Makati. The building amenities are wonderful. Highly recommended.

The facility is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in the Philippines. The gym and pool are incredible reception make things very easy for packages with stunning views. AC is perfect temperature. Water is clean and the washer is convenient. I very highly recommend this place as well as Kim is an incredible host. We will be back.

Watching the sunrise over the city with ocean and mountains in the background was awesome. Nice kitchen and bathroom with strong water pressure. Enjoyed the gym and pool.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

Booked this place because I had meetings at our office in Makati, and the location was perfect (just a minute walk away) Super convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We loved how pet-friendly the place and the area is. Salcedo Park is close, so it was easy to take our dog out for walks. The unit itself is big, especially compared to other places in the area. The bed was really comfy, and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Having parking in Makati was a big plus too. There was a scheduled power interruption during our stay, but Kiko and Clarisse were really helpful and let us stay at another one of their places while the power was out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

We enjoyed a brief stay in this great, cozy condo. Our unit was quiet. There is a walk through the mall where you can go to fine restaurants, stores, and groceries. You can leave a grocery cart outside the unit, and someone can pick it up. We highly recommend this condo who are looking for a comfortable stay.

Ben and his staff .. Kathleen and Rose were easily contactable and responsive. They were exceptionally helpful. The property is on top of a small mall with a selection of fast food and restaurants very close by. It also has a lovely swimming pool which was surprisingly underused. There was a nice communal area next to the pool. With free WiFi. The WiFi in the flat was super quick. Everything was clean and the aircon was efficient. So all In all I was a very happy visitor.

Sonia is an excellent host, very easy to communicate, responsive and detail oriented. Location of her place is excellent; close to everything that we needed to go. Her place is amazing as always. Very communicative and attentive host – Marianne personally checked me in at 2 AM, which I really appreciated. The room is extremely comfortable, with a high-quality bed and a large 50-inch TV. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!
