Welcome to Prevorst in our newly furnished, light and well-kept 2-room vacation apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (52 sqm) and is located on the edge of the forest and meadow. A separate entrance (ground floor) leads to the modern apartment, which exudes a friendly and cozy atmosphere. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Free parking is available just in front of the house.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
