Very nice small comfortable house, well-equipped and superbly located in a quiet area facing the sea; magnificent view!! Private parking right in front of the unit. Nearby there are lots of beautiful places to visit. Remi and Marie Jeanne are friendly, attentive and discreet people. They hosted us very well with small touches. We recommend it 100%!!!

With my family we had a nice week of relaxation, a small house in a good location in terms of shops and close to beautiful walks to take, no need to take the car. Quiet area, it matches the description on the site well.

we had a great time, the house is super pretty and meets all our expectations of parents of young children (safety gate, bed, changing mat, baby bathtub) and young teenager (arcade games😉) the house is extremely well located and many visits are less than 10 min drive. however, I don't even have a small downside to add, we loved it and even shared the right plan with our families Thanks a lot

Charming little house, clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a charming village with small shops nearby and Paimpol a few minutes' drive away. You will find a small booklet of sites to discover in the area and Sylvie will be able to advise you. Small charming enclosed garden for our dog. A delicate touch was waiting for us upon arrival. In summary, go for it! 🙂

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. morgane's apartment is clear. The balcony has sea views and allowed us to dine outside. Very nice at the beginning of April. Bedding is good . There is what it takes to be able to help us out or spend a quiet night.

This home in the heart of Perros-Guirec was perfect. Very close to amenities, it makes it easy to walk both to the port and the city center. The decor has been tastefully chosen and makes you feel at ease in a warm environment. The apartment is perfectly equipped. The host is very responsive which greatly facilitates the stay. When we arrived, a beautiful workbook with all the right addresses was waiting for us. Finally we keep a beautiful memory of this stay! Thank you Raphael!

Nice functional apartment, clean and very well equipped . The house overlooks the parking lot of the Leclerc supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping but do not expect to make the morning because delivery trucks pass under the windows from 7am.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Beautiful welcome from Jacqueline with beautiful touches. The apartment, superb and well equipped, is very well located, fast city center on foot with all the shops. We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

Beautiful bright accommodation, quiet, very well-equipped, even for children, well insulated and with private parking. Linens provided which is a plus. Easy access and departure, self-contained. Very friendly and responsive welcome from Edouard, accompanied by his wife's excellent homemade crepes. We'll be back in this beautiful place.
