The accommodation is just superb, a more than perfect location and everything is thought out and equipped properly inside the accommodation. Corallie even leaves very nice little touches 😊 Corallie is very accommodating and flexible check-in is really a plus. And on top of that, we were able to come with our doggie 👌🏻 I recommend it and we'll be happy to come back.

We spent 3 nights at Kermael's with our two kids. The apartment is impeccable, very well arranged, functional and very clean. Kermael was very responsive and was able to advise us on what to do in the area. We'll be happy to come back if we have a chance!

We had a great time! There were 4 of us including 2 children and they did not miss anything: outdoor games, games (board games, lego...). Thanks again for the little touches, especially for my son birthday! The garden is shared with the hosts but respects privacy throughout the stay. House very close to shops. A nice little house that we recommend without a second thought! The gite is more than provided and you will not miss ANYTHING. Thank you and maybe see you soon! ☺️

Joëlle was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house is extremely pleasant to live in, free of clutter and with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. It is also extremely well located in Perros-Guirec, minutes from everything, the best bakery, restaurants, markets, beach, port and downtown. Finally, the peaceful garden is very nice for a relaxing end of day. We highly recommend it for a family stay and we'll probably come back ourselves.

Very nice stay, the house is large and well-equipped. Just missing wifi and heating on the veranda for winter stays. Other than that, no complaints! :)

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

Very beautiful house with a large garden and a beautiful terrace, very pleasant when the sun is there. We stayed there with 5 adults and 4 children and it was perfect in terms of space. Antoine is friendly and very responsive. Thanks again for the welcome gift! I recommend it without hesitating!!

Very good stay with Véronique and Bruno, very pleasant and bright house located on the heights of Perros Guirec in a peaceful area but close to the port and 2 supermarkets. What a lovely and cute place to stay in Perros-Guirec! The house is clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Parking was free and easy to find on the street. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with one large bedroom in the main floor, with ensuite, and two smaller rooms up the circular staircase. These rooms share a full bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hosts, Sabrina and Sylvain, are delightful. They warmly welcomed us and provided an orientation to their home. Highly recommended. Beautiful stay in this beautiful apartment in an ideal location, by the water with a quality restaurant on the ground floor. Superb views. Hervé is a very accommodating host and has good tips for visiting the area. Finally our children loved it, we will be back!

The accommodation is very well located for exploring the various tours and hikes. This one is spacious, clean and with all the useful amenities for a stay. Claire was present on arrival and departure which allows for live exchange. We have very good memories of this stay thanks to our host, his accommodation and this beautiful area.

Apartment matches the photos. Very functional and well-equipped. We were helped by our hosts at the last minute after a mishap with another rental and they were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks to them and I'll keep this address for the next time. I recommend it 100%.

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .
