What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Great base to explore the area, but you'll need a car! Rauzan 5 minutes down the road has everything you'll need, bakery, butchers, groceries and pizza restaurant! A great place to relax, would recommend to anyone.

Quiet stay in the countryside with the sound of the river as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

We truly enjoyed staying in Maria’s wonderful home. She was very helpful and communicative and provided clear instructions for getting to the house. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a pleasant stay and close to Bordeaux and even closer to cute towns along the river like Blaye. Lots to see and many wineries nearby as well! The accommodation is exactly as described and well worth it for the price.

Anne’s guesthouse is a lovely little gem. It’s tastefully furnished and decorated and has a lovely location at the back of the family’s garden. The shared pool is a nice bonus, it’s very refreshing to cool off on a hot day. The neighborhood is very nice - residential, quiet but right next to the parc and within walking distance to the center (15-20 minutes). Anne is a lovely host; she and her family are a pleasure to stay with. You will also get to meet family dog Tina, who loves to play in the garden. 🐶

a very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. very discreet and very friendly owners. a tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): option to eat grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, have a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Third time we've stayed in this happy house and we'll definitely be back! Ludovic is an extremely friendly and accommodating host, thank you again for your hospitality! See you next year! 🙂

Beautiful rental, very clean, perfectly equipped, perfect for a couple. The welcome by Jean-Louis and his wife is very friendly, with thoughtful touches. Shops and services are nearby. We recommend.

Very understanding, very welcoming hosts. A place in a great location, the ocean at our feet. Soulac city center nearby. Very well arranged, clean, very good bedding, a quiet and relaxing environment. An address that we treasure. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful stay with a wonderful view of the estuary. The house is very well-equipped, quiet and pleasant. The veranda is a real plus when the weather is not cooperating. We recommend it without hesitation!

Michael is a very welcoming host, his advice is wise. The cottage is cozy, warm and well-equipped with a nice garden. Impeccable cleanliness and very good bedding. Possibilities of walks to the lake on foot or by bike from the chalet. Perfect for discovering the region.

André is a great host! He answers very quickly, he cares that you are well and comfortable and he is very, very kind. The accommodation is very clean, very bright, it is as in the photos and is very close to the station on foot. It's super quiet and very pretty!

Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret hut. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from shops and with sand between your toes, the sunrises are magical! The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

House as described, everything was clean and available. The house is close to a roundabout but at this time (May) it was very quiet so no problem. Please note that the house is not closed to the outside so if there is a small child you will have to watch over them. Thanks to Karine for all the available information

We loved our stay at David and Jerome’s place!! They were both extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. The property is beautiful and peaceful, whether having your morning coffee in the garden, an afternoon swim in the pool or an evening hot tub. Would highly recommend to all future guests!
