Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

This place could easily hold 15 of us. The whole house was spacious and we really enjoyed the all the amenities provided. The price is really worth it for what is offered. Will sure pick this place again if coming back to Sungai Petani.

Second time staying here. Spacious and clean, was very comfortable for our large group of 9 adults and 2 kids. Quiet area with plenty of parking outside. Nearby shops and stalls within walking distance is a bonus. Thank you for the free snacks, will definitely book again next time we are in Sungai Petani!

This unit is wonderful! The building is a little old and drab, but inside the unit itself is clean, fresh and tidy. The pool is perfect for families. Lots of tables and space. The unit is a short walk to some excellent restaurants and the beach. The Hard Rock Cafe is a 2 minute walk away. The bus stop (buses to Georgetown, and the airport are also just a two minute walk - great for getting in and out of the city, and shopping at Gurney Plaza). We would definitely stay here if we ever visit again.

The bedroom features a spacious bed topped with crisp white linens and decorative pillows. A bedside table with a lamp adds soft lighting. A towel rack displays neatly arranged towels, and a dark cabinet is positioned against the wall, complementing the warm wooden flooring.

The best homestay and suitable for big families. Host provided aircond for each room and the COWAY helps a lot to save our money instead of buying mineral waters outside. It is located at housing residential area so it provides peaceful environment.
