Nice place to have a short stay especially with families. Lot of games & toys suitable for kids to play. Extra mattress were provided so no problem to stay with a large group. Very recommended

Second time staying here. Spacious and clean, was very comfortable for our large group of 9 adults and 2 kids. Quiet area with plenty of parking outside. Nearby shops and stalls within walking distance is a bonus. Thank you for the free snacks, will definitely book again next time we are in Sungai Petani!

Ben was an exceptional host — extremely responsive, friendly, and always willing to help. Even though early check-in wasn’t possible due to a previous guest, he went above and beyond by sharing several great alternatives with us, which we really appreciated. Communication was quick and clear, and he went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His hospitality truly made a difference in our experience!

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

The accommodation is close to every attraction by foot, such as Jesselton point, seafood market, handy craft market. in the facility, there are towels, and kitchen with a simple cooking ware, refrigerator, micro wave and toaster. and we really appreciate that there is a washing machine with detergent. Mr Almend is really friendly person, introducing local recommendations, and he organised the local tour. we joined in river close. he drove us to the ferry. we saw monkeys, sunset, and fire flies. we really enjoy staying at his accommodation. thank youm

nice place to stay for my convo and its near msu

the unit was spotless clean! I've been to many homestays but never found one this clean. very satisfied with that. I stayed for work in the area so having the water dispenser and washing machine in the unit were very convenient. food was easy to get too. there's a mamak place and convenience stores just outside the complex. most importantly, it's very secure and peaceful. guards are around 24/7 and neighbours are also very quiet. Highly recommended.

We love the place. Nearby to swimming pool and gym. Will definitely stay again. 👍🏻
