We had a wonderful stay at this residence! This was our first Airbnb experience, and Ruben made it stressfree! Ruben is an incredible host: kind, understanding and flexible. He is always VERY responsive! I definitely recommend Ruben's place to anyone looking for a great location, nice amenities and a clean and convenient space to stay during your time in KL. This was the most lovingly appointed AirBNB house I've been to. Mind blowing attention to detail. Better than photos suggest. Lots and lots of goodies at home for guests. Beautiful furniture, cutlery, state-of-the-art appliances, and, most importantly, a very warm and positive vibe that makes you feel at home. The stunning city view is just an addition. Rachel is a very caring host, full of positive energy and hospitality. Not only was she super thorough in her instructions, but also friendly and welcoming. She offered me an early check-in, (which I really needed) and also a late check-out very generously. I could tell this is not just a business for her, but she's naturally a caring host and finds satisfaction in the happiness of her guests. The house is in a safe yet vibrant building with a must-visit SkyDeck. Kuala Lumpur is a beautiful city, but Rachel's home made it truly memorable for me. If I ever revisit KL, this is where I will stay for sure.

Fantastic place and great host

Beautiful place, a good area but you definitely need Grab to get to main places - though we did use the MRT a few times and that was also good! Lots of space and places to relax. The pool view is incredible.

The host responded in a timely manner, the location is very convenient, transportation is convenient, the infinity pool on the top floor is very beautiful, the photos taken during the day and night are very good, if you are driving, you must put the parking pass on the window at night, I dropped it on the ground one night, and the car was locked and fined 50

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephen's place in KL. The location is perfect, walkable to any kind of food you might want to try, to the malls, etc. The building is well equipped with a pool, gym and other amenities. The apartment feels like a proper home, which we enjoyed. Aside from some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was very good. Chitra the housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful all along. Stephen responds very fast to any questions or concerns. We stayed for 2 months and had an issue with the freezer/fridge but it was resolved very promptly. Unfortunately there was construction in the building for 1 entire month which we would have liked to know in advance but sadly it was a surprise, in the end they were only very loud for a handful of days and the rest was tolerable. We would definitely stay at Stephen's place again when back in KL.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. Khoo was extremely helpful from pre-check in to post-check out. From video guides on how to get to the place by car, exactly where to park and recommendations of where to eat, things to do etc. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The parking lot is right infront of the lobby. There are also many security guards around the facility and the rubbish area is very clean. Post-check out, Khoo was mindful of our wellbeing and flexible to accommodate to our requests. We highly recommend living in this or any other accommodation that khoo has to offer.

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

Great environment with sea view, mountain view and outdoor pool There are all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It's a 5-minute walk to the mall and snack street. It's also super close to the pier. There are many beautiful sunsets on the rooftop. Highly recommended!

I just finished my second stay at Shah’s place in Kuala Lumpur and it was just as fantastic as the first. The WiFi is fast and reliable, the bed is super comfy, and the facilities are top-notch. We had a wonderful 2-night stay as a family of 4. The hosts were very clear with check-in instructions and remained contactable even with our delay in check in time (arrived at 1:20am) due to bad traffic. Apartment was clean and spacious with a mall (Lalaport) just beside it. Very convenient.

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.
