Had a lovely one night stay at the Yurt, accommodation is exactly as advertised, quiet and relaxing setting. The yurt is very quirky and my partner loved his surprise trip.

myself and my wife were extremely happy with our stay at Chestnut Lodge, it was very clean and comfortable, all we needed was provided and the garden was nothing short of paradise. Brenda was a wonderful host and I would definitely recommend a stay even in moody weather 😊 we will be back!!🥰

Little Star

JaniceRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Little star is quite unique, the lounge is large and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need. It is light with every window having a delightful outlook. The large patio and garden are superb, outdoor dining is comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Dog friendly, with only sensible rules, our dog enjoyed the stay as much as us. Parking is easy, there are wonderful footpaths and quiet road walks on the doorstep. Wifi good, tv x2 good, plenty of hot water, plenty of radiators, but staying in warm weather not needed, but also the property was cool on a warm day. This property is equally good for a short break or a longer stay. We would love to return and spend more time in this lovely property. The host is friendly and helpful and thoughtfully provided milk and goodies.
A private pathway is illuminated with soft pink lighting, leading through a gated entrance. The path is bordered by natural greenery and wooden fencing, creating a secluded atmosphere. The serene environment is enhanced by the dark night sky, accentuating the tranquil setting.

Unique Romantic - Secret Cabins HOT TUB Fire Pit

Victoria’s place is beautiful and well kept, it was a pleasure to stay there and I’d come back again in a heartbeat. Victoria had great communication, but with self check in and check out, it felt private and secluded.

Private 1 bedroom annexe with stunning river views

FelicityRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We were very comfortable at the Annexe. As described by the owners. It is situated where there’s a lot to see within a short distance. A car is necessary. It’s very quiet. Two minutes by car from the station. The pretty pub by Stopham Bridge is generally closed on Mondays except perhaps for a drink on sunny days. Wed-Sun they serve food. Some very good pubs within a short distance. Cereal and a bottle of milk provided for breakfast. Very private. Lovely view from upstairs. Undisturbed by our hosts but had kind and helpful messages.
The cabin's exterior is illuminated in soft light during twilight, highlighting its dark wooden facade. A simple porch chair is positioned on a stone patio, surrounded by a gravel driveway and landscaped greenery, creating a tranquil entrance to the retreat.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Pavilion recently made all the better by Will’s fantastic hospitality. The Pavilion itself has been renovated beautifully. It’s cosy, comfortable and has everything you could need. It was the perfect place to stay in what is a stunning part of the country.
A bright living area features light-colored furnishings and a wooden dining table that accommodates several people. A large window provides ample natural light and views of the outdoor space. The ceiling is enhanced by exposed beams, contributing to the airy atmosphere.
