We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Great location & a good stay. I would stay again. I appreciated the vase of flowers, coffee pods & museli.

Responsive, friendly and welcoming hosts who made us feel at home without being intrusive. The homemade marmalade and cookies and bread were gorgeous and demonstrated the level of detail and commitment to guest experience. We loved our stay here and cannot recommend it highly enough. This is a lovely place to stay, right next to jarman park with Tesco and McDonald's, it's a short walk to town. The place is a private self contained property with everything you need and very clean and comfortable. I arrived during a heatwave and Tina was extremely accommodating by giving me a fan to use for my stay, which saved my trip and made us very comfortable during the heat

Caroline’s place is a delightful combination of peace and seclusion with proximity to services. There’s great pubs/restaurants nearby, village shops and the bus to Cambridge. The space was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Caroline was a great and responsive communicator, before and during our stay. Thank you, Caroline. We’ll be back!

Lovely peaceful location, friendly host. Listing reads as if there are views of the Thames from the windows of the property - there aren’t - though it is close by, not a problem at all for me but might be for future guests.

Perfect hosts! Just what we needed for 4 days in London. Bed was comfortable, everything worked well, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Andreas & Kozan responded brilliantly when we had a little issue. They were extremely positive and keen to look after us as well as they could. Many thanks!

It was lovely to be welcomed by both Elizabeth and her very friendly labradoodle. The area is very quiet and the accommodation overlooks Elizabeth's beautiful garden. The kitchen is delightful,(we loved the cat and dog mugs) , and it is very well equipped. The bathroom was sparkling and the bedroom spacious and comfortable . We definitely hope to visit again.

We had a great weekend at Kirsty and Ellen's. Everything was perfect. We weren't too far from the Silverstone circuit. The accommodation is very good for a few days. The nearby pubs are very good.

We used this place as a base for exploring the area. The town of St. Ives is lovely. Houghton Mill is just a couple of miles away and is a favorite place for us. Also very handy for a trip to Cambridge. The Annexe is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped. The whole place is comfortable. The shower was very much appreciated since the weather was so hot. We had a wonderful break and would definitely return.

We had a lovely weekend. It is private, peaceful and very comfortable. Watching the sun set was a bonus.

What a fantastic little place. We stayed here the night before a wedding. Isabel was very quick and easy to message and arrival time changed but that wasn’t a problem. The place amazing, super well equipped and some fantastic welcome goodies. We would definitely stay here again - would give more stars if we could!

Did the job that we wanted perfectly. It’s good for one night whilst visiting local area. Might not be ideal for longer stays. Everything was clean and in working order In a very private and secluded area The sofa bed was ok, not the comfiest, and the light shines in during the early morning due to no blinds or curtains. The mini-fridge also has a slight hum.

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

My stay in Amersham was just perfect. The location was close to all amenities needed as well as shops and restaurants. The ‘flat’ was also perfect and felt at home straight away. Comfortably and attractively furnished, with everything needed on hand . The gardens were a bonus for the sunny and warm June weather. And finally, Pam was the perfect Airbnb host, close by if needed, and an expert on interesting historical tales of Amersham.

Teresa was a fab host and couldn’t have been more accommodating! I’ve currently got ongoing works at my house and her accommodation was a god send to have access to. The check in and location were great and the annexe was just what I required for my needs. Would highly recommend Teresa’s accommodation and hope to stay there again soon :)

We had a lovely stay at Ian's. The village was lovely and peaceful, and the Airbnb was clean, cosy and exactly as described. Ian was easy to contact and there was good communication. Extra touches, such as a hairdryer and cold water in the fridge made it special and were so handy! Ian was helpful and gave us taxi recommendations, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!!

Exactly as described, very clean and tidy. Lydgia was very quick to respond to messages. Compact space, but has everything you need.

Good location; 10 minute walk to Rugby town centre. The apartment is small but well designed (clean and modern) and has everything you need for a short stay, including access to laundry facilities. Penny is extremely helpful and responds quickly to any communication. Recommended!

My son and I and our dog stayed at Amy’s place. It was perfect for us, warm and clean and had everything you needed to survive, we stayed for over 3 weeks and needed nothing. Would definitely stay again
