Michele’s place is undoubtedly one of a kind. Staying in a beautifully renovated brownstone was dreamy. The apartment had everything I needed to be cozy and set up for my long stay. And, the place was also surprisingly larger than I anticipated. The neighborhood is also amazing with friendly neighbors, lots of coffee shops, food and easy access to public transportation. Michele is a communicative and friendly host. I was comfortable the entirety of my stay and wouldn’t miss the opportunity to book here again!

Wonderful stay, extremely friendly and helpful hosts

These were our first months in New York and the U.S., and we felt great in Paul's apartment for two months. What we loved most: - The apartment is perfect for long-term stays—well-furnished, with quality appliances and kitchenware. We barely had to buy anything. It's also very cozy—Paul and his wife have great taste. - Paul is a wonderful host—very responsive. He let us store luggage early, provided a desk and chair for remote work, and replaced the TV when needed. He also took care of our packages when we weren’t home. Things to consider: - The apartment is near a fire station, so sirens can be heard during the day. At night, they are rare and barely audible in the bedroom. - The nearest laundromat is a 5-6 min walk - not as convenient as in-unit laundry but manageable. - The sofa doesn’t pull out, and there’s one blanket. We bought an extra one for occasional separate sleeping. Overall, we highly recommend Paul's place and would gladly stay again—5/5!

Wonderful place. Great host. Safe, solid location. Pretty much everything you could want. James was exceptionally helpful, responsive and attentive. His place is really great. Everything is set up so so well. Makes life easy while staying there. Honestly if you’re looking for a solid place in Brooklyn then you’d be hard pressed to find a better one. Would 100% recommend.
