Direkt von der Küche gelangen Sie zur Fahrradgarage. Eine Garderobe und ein Gäste-WC befinden sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss. Im 1. OG gibt es zwei Zimmer: eines mit Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Schlafsofas für je zwei Personen. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin, Spielebibliothek und einen Balkon.
