My place is 25 minutes by car south of HH Mitte, bus stop approx. 300 meters, train station 7 km (Sprötze). Outdoor swimming pool 3 km away. Toilet and shower are approx. 40 meters. Firewood, linens and towels included; kettle and 220 V available. - Unfortunately, dogs are only allowed to sleep UNDER or IN FRONT of the car! - The car is parked on the meadow on the edge of a versatile organic farm. Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, so the highway exit is easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The proximity to the Stuivenwald, which is partly already part of Hamburg, gives the place its rural character.

A barn and a cottage with a thatched roof (where the hosts live) complete the ensemble of buildings on the premise. Parking for guests on premise is available (and included when booking the flat). Important to know: The sleeping area is upstairs and can only be reached by quite steep and narrow stairs - guests should feel comfortable climbing up!

Our cute apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse on our horse farm. It features a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living/bedroom with a day bed for 1 person, which can also be pulled out for 2 people. There is also a single bed in the kitchen. A dining table with 4 seats and a fully equipped kitchenette complete the kitchen. A shower room/toilet is also part of the apartment. We look forward to seeing you soon.

We had a wonderful stopover in Appel on our way to Sweden. It was very clean and we felt comfortable right away. We have already tested some tiny houses and here the parking was right in front of the house and the bathroom situation was the best so far. We also find that the value for money was simply great. Nicole communicated super nicely with us and was quick to help us when we needed something. We will be happy to come back.

The place is located in a peaceful surrounding of Buxtehude. Room was clean and host had given clear instructions and gave us flexible check in. Mr and Mrs Parera were really friendly and proactive in communication. Lovely host, lovely locality, highly recommend the place for family visit. We were family with two kids (5 snd 1) and both felt comfortable there. Thumbs up :)

We used the place as a starting point for bike rides. Were super satisfied. Both with the amenities and with the possibility to store our bikes dry and safe in the workshop. We would book the house again and again and can recommend it in good conscience.

Everything was as advertised, clean and pretty. The localisation is really nice, with a beautiful park nearby and pretty houses down the street. Restaurants are easily accessible by foot. We felt welcome and enjoyed our short stay very much.
