Absolutely amazing! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

A beautiful property. Boštjan was very helpful and checked in occasionally to see if there was anything we needed. The free beer and wine provided on arrival was a nice touch after a day of travel.

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

I returned to Turkey and everyone is asking me for the link to the house 😂 I recommend this house to everyone, be ready for Turkish guests in the coming days!

Alex is a wonderful person. The location of the house is a 10-minute walk to Old Town. It's a great privilege to have a garage in the house. The house is very clean and we liked the location. There were grocery stores and eateries nearby. Apart from all that, Alex helped us with everything, he told us about the places to visit, he took care of us when we had a problem, we were very pleased, thank you for everything Alex.

The view was breath-taking! It was nicely quiet and peaceful location.

The apartment was excellent, the views were spectacular and Jan-Simon was fantastic at communicating. I will absolutely be recommending it to my friends and family.

A very nice flat, 2 min away from the sea. Clean, new, registration service. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Construction site. But Becici now is being constructed rapidly.

The host is truly amazing. If you’re planning to visit Montenegro, there’s no need to make a detailed plan—before you even enter the house, the host has already thought of everything and provides all the information via message. For us, he was more like a guide than just a host. We stayed with our family, and the house has everything you need—portable internet, a Netflix subscription, swimming equipment, and more. By the way, there’s no parking problem either.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb that exceeded all my expectations. The accommodation was even better than what the pictures showed, which was a pleasant surprise. The space was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host was fantastic—very attentive, responsive, and clearly committed to making the stay as enjoyable as possible. It truly felt like a home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay. The view from this apartment is breathtaking. It’s out of town enough to be quiet and not too hectic, but an easy stroll away, saving you from fighting through traffic and parking hassles as Kotor Main Street is very busy. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we need, plus lots of extra touches (coffee pods, toiletries, washing powder etc). The washer and dryer was such a blessing and the private parking space made for an stress-free arrival. Friendly and responsive host, great communication and helped straight away when we had an issue. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment and comfortable stay

We had a fantastic stay! The views over Kotor Bay were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset – truly unforgettable. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring, and there were delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and more – so comfortable and well-equipped. Irena was an incredible host, going out of her way to send us loads of helpful information and recommendations. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay. Would love to come back one day, thank you

This stay at Nikola's was great! The location is ideal, both close to the sea and the surrounding coastal towns. Nikola advised us on many addresses and we thank him. Home is small but clean and functional. We could also use the large terrace to eat, it was very nice and above all very quiet :) There is also free parking and small shops nearby as well as several restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place and would happily come back :)

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning. Great house, you can feel at home. The furniture and items were very handy. Parking is not available, but you can find paid parking lots nearby, but it is also very easy to get to hospitals and grocery stores. I recommend guests to stay with peace of mind.
