Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

I had a great stay at these apartments! Everything was very clean and well taken care of, which made me feel comfortable right away. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to reply. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others!

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

Lovely apartment with a great view. Stefan and his girlfriend were extremely helpful and great to communicate with. The walk back from old town is steep but only about ten minutes long! Would definitely recommend

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Our hosts that we met are absolutely helpful and smiling. Their main priority: that their guests feel at home. For example, the first night we arrived we asked if there was a parasol for the terrace, negative answer. But the next morning they arrived with a new umbrella bought within the hour. If you have any questions, they will respond quickly. Helpful tips: having a car is essential in our opinion. Well-insulated building. Beautiful view. All the necessary amenities and even more. We feel the generosity of their hospitality. Good location while being set back from the city center. Close to the airport without the nuisances (and we are very sensitive to noise) New and modern places. Well furnished with care THANK YOU for everything! We would definitely go back.

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌

Loved staying at Marina's place - it's comfortable and clean with no frills. The area is calm and peaceful and the beach is a two minute walk from the apartment. Marina and her sweet son Relja made my husband and I and our two dogs feel right at home. Definitely plan on going back.

The clean apartment and owner responded quickly and was helpful. The pool area was really cool too! The scenery was really beautiful, especially at sunset. Nothing to blame.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Beautiful stay with a fantastic view We had a great time staying at the place! The view from the terrace and balcony of the ocean and pool was breathtaking – really a highlight. Morinj is perfect for a relaxing vacation with children: There is a city beach with loungers for €5, but also a quieter luxury beach with a bar and more comfortable loungers for €20. Two beautiful cafés are also within walking distance – the café directly on the water is especially recommended: delicious food, great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything you need is on site: a supermarket, a small kiosk and numerous leisure activities. On the beach, you can rent kayaks, SUPs or boats – ideal for small adventures on the water. The food was fresh and delicious everywhere. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the stay!

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful accommodation located not far from Kotor. Very nice accommodation, very well decorated with a lot of very appreciable utensils (washing machine, IPTV (some problems anyway), hair dryer, etc.), just missing a microwave in the kitchen to heat up baby food or other dishes. A little difficult to find because Google always takes you through a rather dangerous road but Sanja sends several addresses to find the accommodation and then it's quite simple. Very peaceful accommodation, the terrace of the apartment overlooks the Bay of Kotor, magnificent view. We came for 1 week with our 16-month-old son and Sanja provided us with a high chair and a crib, it was perfect. I would this property.
