Renovated in 2024, downstairs, a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a refreshing shower. Upstairs, a cozy king size bedroom (180x200cm bed). Outside you step into a tranquil private terrace that extends to a lush green garden with a partial view over the Archangel ST MICHEL. Ideally located to visit the Mt St Michel Bay, beaches of Cancale and St Malo.

This unique accommodation is located on a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the historic city center of Dol de Bretagne. This is a former cabinetmaker's shop, completely renovated with excellent service. Mont Saint-Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard and Dinan are about 20 minutes from this picturesque little town. You will enjoy the shops on the main street, the diverse Saturday morning market and the breathtaking view of Mont-Dol over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
