Très bon séjour à Nice dans un appartement propre, bien équipé et agréable à vivre. L’hôte a été super réactif, toujours prêt à aider et très flexible pour l’arrivée, ce qui a été un vrai plus après un long trajet en famille. Petit bémol : si vous dormez sur le canapé-lit, il faut penser à fermer les volets pour éviter la lumière du matin, mais cela implique de déplacer la table et les chaises du balcon, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. L’insonorisation pourrait aussi être améliorée car on entend un peu les bruits de l’extérieur. Cela dit, l’expérience globale reste très positive : emplacement idéal, logement conforme à la description et hôte vraiment attentionné. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

Le logement était fidèle à la description. À 2min à pieds du port et 15-20min à pieds de la plage de Castel (en passant par le vieux Nice). Anita n’a pas hésité à nous accommoder en nous fournissant parasol et serviettes de plage ainsi qu’en nous permettant un accès anticipé au logement en matinée et de garder nos bagages jusqu’en après-midi le jour du départ. Nous recommandons largement ce logement, que ce soit pour son hôte ou sa localisation.

Beautiful location, like none other in the area. Huge deck with gorgeous views of buildings and hills -- a wonderful space for reading, eating outdoors, or enjoying a coffee. Walkable to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Very special place. Fully stocked kitchen, very functional for making meals at home. Feels like a home away from home. We will come again, and again! Superb!!!!

Si je pouvais, je lui mettrais dix étoiles ! Christophe est vraiment génial et sympa. Il nous a accueillis chaleureusement dans son bel appartement, a la fois charmant et agréable. L’appartement est magnifique, très bien situé dans un quartier parfait, à proximité de la gare SNCF qui dessert toute la Côte d’Azur. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez lui à Cagnes-sur-Mer.

Very pleased with this stay and would return. Amazing view, clean, close car ride to local attractions and the hosts were very friendly and attentive.

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

La maison d’Olivier est très jolie et très bien situé. La communication avec lui a été fluide et agréable. Le seul petit inconvénient, c’est que le logement se trouve au bord d’une route assez passante, donc il peut y avoir un peu de bruit dans la journée. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est une très bonne adresse que je recommande !

Mid-century magnificence! Before arriving, we had pretty high expectations because it looked so stunning in the photos, but actually being here for 5 days has just been so wonderful. It’s been relaxing, restorative and inspiring. The juxtaposition between nature and architecture is simply sublime - creating a very pleasing experience and a holiday we did not want to break the spell from. Walking downstairs each morning to the view of the mountains was just so good for the soul. And to find a friendly bar next door that served wood-fired pizzas on a Friday night - well, what more can you want?! We cannot wait to return.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.L'environement est superbe et le quartier est calme.Le terme "nid douillet" est tout à fait approprié pour définir l'appartement, petit certe , mais qui nous a très bien convenu. Bien équipéaussi.Merci encore Françoise pour votre accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité.

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

Ne vous fier pas à l'extérieur de la maison qui n'est pas fini, par contre l'intérieur est superbe, le carrelage en marbre noir c'est sympa. La maison est sur deux niveaux la chambre, la salle de bain et les toilettes sont en haut et en bas vous avez la cuisine , un grand salon avec une télé grand écran. Vous avez une grande terrasse qui est très appréciable par beau temps ce qui n'a pas été vraiment notre cas , dommage. Amélia est très réactive à toute vos demandes. je vous conseille ce logement sans problème.

The place is gorgeous, beautiful garden, amazing views with great amenities. Fabien is a GREAT host and was always very attentive and responsive. The location is super convenient! E we will definitely recommend Fabian’s property!!

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

Wir hatten die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt in Monaco. Alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen, was vor allem für unseren Sohn toll war, so konnte er auch mal allein los und Autos anschauen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden sie sofort wieder buchen. Wirklich besonders geschmackvoll! Gisele ist ein super Host. Sie hat uns umfangreich und hilfsbereit jederzeit zur Seite gestanden. Und das war auch viel wert, denn es ist mit dem Auto schon eine kleine Herausforderung in Monaco. Aber alles hat super geklappt.

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Nizza an perfekter Lage. Man ist in 2 Minuten am Meer und an der Promenade des Anglais. 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt, viele Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben das Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse jeden Morgen genossen! Mylene ist eine sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

お部屋も清潔でチェックイン時間も早く対応してくれて良かった。海にも徒歩で行けて電車もバスも近くアクセスが良かった。

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

Superfin lägenhet på andra våningen med otrolig utsikt över strand och hav. Nära till allt. Shopping, mataffärer, restauranger och vackra gränder. Men bäst var närheten till stranden rakt över gatan. Extra lyxigt med ett bageri på bottenplan med färska baguetter varje dag!

Un seul mot : merci ! Si vous souhaitez profiter de la région tout en étant au calme et à proximité de tout, réservez ici. Le logement est juste parfait et le meilleur que j’ai pu découvrir depuis le temps que je voyage. Concernant Anne Marie, c’est une hôte exceptionnelle surtout après nos petites péripéties quand à notre arrivée et à un objet oublié. Je vous remercie énormément

Our stay at Kim's place was great! The apartment was exactly as described, she was very generous with the towels provided! The place was spotless when we arrived. We hired a car and ended up returning it because the location was perfect for getting the train everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place purely for the accessibility to anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to the port and old town. Kim was an amazing host, responded quickly and also gave very clear instructions. Thank you for having us Kim! I would recommend this place to any couple wanting to explore the French Riviera :)
