A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Welcome to La Biche: a historic house completely restored in 2018 with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Exteriors: south side, small enclosed courtyard with terrace and garden furniture and north side, a courtyard with a table for meals and a garden to enjoy the warm days of summer. Nearby: the meadow with its trampoline, bowling green and table tennis and below is access to the Vienne to relax, read and even swim.
