We had a pleasant stay in the house, located in a very quiet and pleasant environment in the heart of the old village. The house is very well decorated and located close to mountains and beautiful sites. The big plus was being able to take our cat :) Thank you!

Thanks to Françoise and Jill for a great stay in their family home. The house has been tastefully renovated and very convenient, comfortable and clean! A plus for thoughtful touches and helpful tips in addition to recommendations around us. At the end, Françoise did us a great service following our departure because we had a problem and we won't be able to thank her enough! I would recommend it in a second and would probably come back with my family.

Communication with Genevieve was very easy. The house has a lot of charm. it was a perfect stay.

Very pleasant stay. The accommodation is true to description and the view is breathtaking. Jean-Claude is responsive, nice and accommodating. The village of Usson is quiet and very nice but has few options for meals (only one restaurant and no store). Plan a little for the cool walks around. Bonus point for the beautiful photos taken by Jean-Claude displayed in the accommodation!

Two nights in this very nice cottage. Functional and spacious cottage: living room /kitchen - 3 bedrooms. Enclosed land with car parking. Quiet space! Perfect for 4 with our French bulldog.

We had a pleasant stay in this cottage in the countryside, very well equipped and suitable for hosting an animal. In addition, the host is very available and reachable without being intrusive because check-in is through an independent entrance and in total autonomy. Accommodation that meets my expectations when I have to stay in Clermont-Ferrand for a week. Quiet place, well located outside the city currently in major works, the routes leading to the hiking and sightseeing sites are easily accessible.

Jérôme is a charming and very welcoming host. He was there for us despite our late arrival and was very accommodating. The place is good for a stopover over a few days. A little extra: the beautiful garden and the pool which must be very friendly on sunny days.

The sheepfold is a welcoming, warm,clean place,it feels like home. We had a great weekend there. Élodie and her spouse are welcoming,available and discreet. I see it. I recommend it.

Claude was very responsive to our questions before and during the stay. Access to the ski slopes is easy, which allowed us to be able to go home to eat and rest a little between noon.

The stay went perfectly; Katia's house is very pleasant to live in and perfectly matches the description and photos. Communication is easy with Katia; she is very quickly responsive and accommodating; I highly recommend this address for reunions with friends and family.

This is my second stay at this place, and still as nice and clean. Very welcoming and attentive hosts. Places like you love them.

Thanks to Claude for hosting us. The house is very well maintained. We appreciated the small essentials in the kitchen with the basics: sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, but also dish towels, napkins, salt, pepper and condiments... perfect to top up for 4 nights. The children enjoyed the garden, the many games available but also the books in the living room. In the area, we visited the Lemptégy volcano, Vulcania, which we recommend on a sunny day. On rainy days we visited the Volvic Cave and a cheese factory in Saint-Nectaire. Everything was very nice. The only regret is not being able to stay longer to see the rest. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay despite the fickle weather. The cottage is located in a very peaceful environment, offering many opportunities for walks and hikes, either directly from the doorstep or by taking the car for a maximum of twenty minutes. The home and its amenities are perfectly as advertised. The enclosed land surrounding the cottage is optimal if, like us, you are traveling with your dog!! Hervé is very responsive and kind. No negative points to report, we recommend it without any reservations!!

Guy is welcoming, the apartment is as described, even if it is not totally isolated from the rest of the house I felt good and quiet. The bed is of good quality. These two nights were restful

As usual, clean, well-equipped and very functional accommodation...Nearby restaurant, gas station and highway... In addition, Patrick always has attention for his tenants. All these reasons why I've been renting from Patrick for years as soon as I go by issoire . A safe bet!

The accommodation is located in a very quiet village. Ideally located for a stay around Clermont Ferrand.

Perfectly located in relation to the center of Royat so perfect for a thermal cure. The accommodation is only 10 minutes walk from the center. The place is perfectly quiet back from the street. There is also a small exterior which is nice. So I would recommend it.
