We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! It was spotless, well-stocked, and super comfortable. The location was perfect — just steps from both the pool and the beach. Nick was easy to work with and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The community has a lot to offer. We highly recommend getting the golf cart to drive around and explore! Also, this place is very kid friendly!

A beautiful house for our family to enjoy together. Being on the water and having a private pier/dock was so wonderful! Garet was very friendly and responded quickly when we needed to reach out to him throughout the stay! The only thing I would make sure to be aware of is that there are stairs throughout the house. I saw stairs in the photos, but in case you have someone staying who has mobility issues, keep in mind that there are at least 2-3 stairs that you must go up/down to get to any bedroom and the living room area. Wasn’t a huge issue while we were there, but I can see how it could be. All in all, we had a wonderful experience & would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

We (myself and 7 family members) stayed at Matthew’s for a wedding. The place slept the 8 of us comfortably and was gorgeous. We had a fantastic time and will be in contact again in the future!

The house was wonderful. 10 minute walk to the beach access, everything you need nearby, and very private. Their rental was the perfect place to vacation with our dog and children.

As an Airbnb host, this is just the best. If you get a chance to book do it now don’t wait. This place quietly screams peaceful, respite from the world! And boy did I need it. Follow the directions and wear shoes if you go in the water! The kayaks were wonderful. Brent is a wonderful person. Places like this is the best part of Airbnb . Experience the best.

Comfy home in a friendly neighborhood close to all area attractions. Katy is very prompt and friendly to communicate with and accommodated our arrival time. Information booklet in the home was super helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely return! Thanks Katy!

This house was perfect for our family (2 adults + 4 kids). Had everything we needed and a great location- close to our family both in Beaufort and Harkers Island. Jimmy was a great host. Very communicative and very helpful. There is a new DG Market 1 minute away that made grabbing the essential groceries a breeze. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

As lovers to NC beach areas, this is now on top of our visiting list! I almost don’t want to share such a good review to keep it a hidden gem. There is SO MUCH SPACE! The private road was amazing and the view from pretty much every window is so wonderful. There’s plenty of parking and seating for everyone outside. We had a great time playing games and going for morning walks. The boat ramp was super clean and easy to access about a mile down the road. I was able to bring our two pets with no problem and the house smelled pet free upon arrival. No name pizza is always a crowd favorite! Last but not least was promoted to a fiancé on our trip and will certainly not be easily forgotten!

We love staying at this place! This was our third visit and won’t be our last. Who can resist the large windows overlooking the Sound, the smell and feel of the water and the breeze? The screened in porch, especially when a rain shower came through, was a wonderful place to hang out, have coffee and enjoy the day. I called this our bluebird visit as there were so many around the Cottage. Watching the fishing boats, egrets and pelicans is such a simple but welcome pleasure. So many great memories to take away!

Wonderful place to stay with hosts that respond immediately to any questions or concerns. One of the best places I’ve taken my family on vacation. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to another trip here in the future.

Penny’s place was absolutely amazing! From the minute we walked in the door it exceeded our expectations! The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and fully stocked with all you need for a family beach vacation. Penny was very responsive with any questions we had and gave many great recommendations for places to eat and shop. Would highly recommended her home and we hope we can come back very soon!

Paul's home is very beautiful and comfortable. It is a fairly new construction and it is decor is charming. There is so much space in this house and it comes fully- loaded with everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is so large. There are plenty of pillows, towels, blankets and toilet paper. Everything was immaculate! Paul responded very quickly to me and he was a very kind and a generous host! Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable! Don't hesitate to book this house in quaint Beaufort!

Clean, quiet, and as pictured. We wished we had a golf cart, might be worth looking into renting one if you stay here. Beaufort is a sweet area and we enjoyed taking the passenger ferry to Shackleford Banks!

This was the absolute perfect get-away for our family of 3. Trish was so helpful and kind and left a little bag of treats for us. We were close to everything and felt right at home in the comfortable beds and furniture. The lay out of the house is perfect. We didn't want to leave and will be back! Loved it!

Super friendly and helpful hosts. The house was very clean and very well-appointed. We originally booked this place because my father was going to fly in and take my daughters fishing, but he had to cancel. We still enjoyed our stay here. You can walk to town from the house, but it’s about a mile, and some of it is on a bridge with traffic. I did not feel comfortable with my 8th graders going without me because of the traffic. Still nice to have the option. Did I mention the super friendly and helpful hosts?

We had a wonderful stay in Beaufort! Bethany was incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house was immaculate—beautifully decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. We loved our morning walks through the neighborhood, and the location was perfect—just minutes from the beautiful shops and restaurants on Front Street, and a quick, easy drive to Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!
