House in a cul-de-sac, very quiet. Great family with kids. A stone's throw from all shops. We have a cat in the house that is self-contained with food with its vending machine. The tram to go to the city center of Angers is 4 min by car or 10 min by bike. An express bus line connects Beaucouzé and the train station in 10 min.
