Immediate access to the tram will allow you to make your trips, without taking your car. Close to the Nantes-Paris road axis.

I will be happy to share with you the environment in which I have lived since I was a child. I took over my grandparents' house where the sweetness of Anjou is not a myth. Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden. Nice house near Angers

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

reopening of the cottage on June 1st! opening in September of the training place and group cottage. Welcome to the heart of the natural site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century watermill). You can enjoy the terrace by the river Hyrôme, go for a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
