Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

The private bathroom features a single vanity with a mirror above, complemented by colorful artwork on the walls. Two large white towels hang on towel bars. A compact storage unit and toilet are also visible, with tile flooring enhancing the space.

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

This was a wonderful place to stay while in the area for spring birding. Everything was as described and it was very clean and comfortable. Communications were very clear with no need to contact the owners. I loved that the daffodils and apple tree were in bloom when we arrived. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This was the perfect getaway for our trip halfway to our destination. It was beautifully decorated, well appointed with amenities, very clean, and a beautiful atmosphere. It was lovely petting the horses next to the house and was very comfortable even with it being so warm. I would highly recommend staying here. My family members may make this their future destination as a halfway point back home to Idaho.

I loved this place, the house was great, comfortable and extremely private. Summer Lake and the surrounding area is gorgeous, you couldn't ask for a better place to spend a few days if you're looking for nature. The area was much greener than I expected, the wildlife was incredible. I spent a lot of time birdwatching and wandering the area looking at wildflowers. The lake is drying out this time of year (but not gone) and leaving a cool crusty/salty playa which I had a good time exploring. The house had everything I needed, but I don't need much when I travel. A good bathroom, coffee maker and microwave took care of me, but there were a lot more amenities I didn't mess with. The only downsides of the whole stay was a large bug that got in the house which my wife was not pleased about so I had to capture it (I thought the bug was cool though) and I got too sunburned to use the hottub :( I hope to get the chance to come back soon and experience the area during another season. Thanks!

Easily one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. The property is very private and well maintained with direct access to the pristine Williamson River. You couldn’t ask for more when you need that quintessential rustic cabin retreat. We can’t wait to return.

The rustic sleeping area features wood-paneled walls and a cozy atmosphere. A wooden table with black chairs is positioned in a bright corner, while a large window allows natural light to illuminate the space. A TV is mounted on the opposite wall, enhancing the room's functionality.

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s Airbnb. They were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We loved the wooden interior of the place (felt like a nice cabin in a forest), decor, and cleanliness. Area is very quiet and peaceful. We also really liked all the decor and photographs hung on the walls taken by the hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
