Atithiya cottage is at a beautiful location, far enough from highway keeping you away from rush, yet close enough to market that you enjoy walking to and a background music of Beas can be heard throughout the day. I lived with my wife here for a month, I found it safe and sound the property is well fenced, making you feel secure The view from the balcony is scenic, you can frequently see people paragliding in the sky and there are orchards all around. The cottage is independent building, ground floor is for parking and you live on 1st floor. Kitchen is fully functional, also the room has every small thing to make your long stay cozy. Abhishek is humble, helpful and honest and just a call away. He was able to guide us to visit places that suited our taste.

tge place is well kept and supported by a very responsive care taker. its little away from the mad crowd in a very presitine surrounding. you don't find restaurants around, but the place has a decently equipped kitchen and a care taker who can cook food as per your needs. tye walk around this place in the morning is awesome

Thoughtful, clean, and peaceful stay! Loved my stay here! The location is great, and the 1BHK was neat, clean, and beautifully designed with wooden flooring, cozy furniture, and a big green balcony perfect for breakfast. Everything was thoughtfully provided — from kitchen essentials and a first-aid kit to books, room freshener, and even a sewing kit. The bathroom was spotless with a bathtub, and the smart TV with Netflix/Prime, private entrance, and work desk made it feel like home. Special thanks to caretaker Vishal for helping with luggage, Wi-Fi details, and a smooth check-in. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Beautiful, lovely space situated on a farm like area. Beautiful sunshine, quiet, and near the most incredible mountains ever. Absolutely loved going for long runs around here, and won’t forget this place. I much preferred this place to another one that I had stayed in that had more wild dogs etc. around constantly barking in the alleyways. This place was much nicer, and very safe.
