The 'Seaside Annexe' is self-contained, 1 bedroomed accommodation. It is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, overlooking the English Channel and featuring an ensuite shower room, TV, rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen. It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

The Perch cafe is on the ground floor of the building and every flat has a fob for the gym. The beach is across the road. It's named after furbelows, the largest seaweed in Europe, which grows off this coast. Our flats take their names from what grows here, on the shingle and in the water.
