This magnificent, luxurious, modern and quiet flat, completely refurbished and stylishly furnished is ideal for retired, middle-aged or newly married families. The breathtaking sea view makes you feel as if you were on your honeymoon or in a 4 or 5 star hotel, but in a much more quiet, private setting, surrounded by the ocean and all the amenities to make your stay the best you have ever had in your life. The flat is located 5 minutes walking distance from Las Vistas Beach and Hard Rock Café.

English & Spanish bars and restaurants, Iceland & Hiperdino Supermarkets within 50 metres from the front door. Perfect place to kick back and relax, terrace to eat and drink overlooking the sea. English & Spanish television, and high speed wifi. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Queen bed, and plenty of storage in the bedroom. Swimming Pool area completed in 2014.

Bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with a rain shower. A very quiet area.

Amazing sea views Tenerife

Welcome to my Apartment! October 2025 we installed electric blinds for the balcony doors and In Summer 2022 we added air conditioning in the master bedroom and replaced the mattress with higher end comfy Viscoelastic model, Pillows too. The big pine tree visible in the balcony has been removed in 2025 now offering full clear views! In Oct-Nov 2020 the apartment received a major upgrade improving the interior design for your convenience.

Holiday apartment close to the beach

Very well located apartment, new, newly renovated, only 10 min walk to the beach. Terrace with very good views. A double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Wiffi, Light and Water included. There is no elevator, stairs to the third floor. The apartment is with all necessary to be inhabited. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything.
