Vacation rentals with a patio in Beach of the Views

The apartment was great. Superior cleaning services was used. The amenities coverage is great, it has everything from toaster and dishwasher to the additional towels and drying rack. Some of the appliances are not top level and expensive, but everything of a good quality and functioning and clean! The only thing to mention is that balcony/terrace is dedicated to you, but is not privately connected to the apartment. It is not public-public area - the area of the apartment building, but the path goes through the pathway of the neighbors. So you need to wear more clothes and lock the apartment when plan to spend a lot of time on the terrace. Overall experience was great, the views and location, the host service and communication are on the best level! This was our second time in this city - it is adorable, calm and relaxing.

Sergei and Viktorija were fabulous hosts. Their apartment was everything we wanted in a great location with excellent views from the balcony. We will definitely return.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the sea front, ample free parking just outside the gate of the complex and within 3 mins walk of the bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Had a most enjoyable 10 days. Thank you Boris.

Inga was very helpful on all steps of the process along the way. She had clear and precise instructions for finding and entering the spotless property. We hired a car and the property was perfect for what we wanted from our holiday. It may be a little away from the strip but the views make it worthwhile. Overall we would highly recommend both Inga and her property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view /terrace is unique and not so easy to find again !! The location is great. Restaurants, the beach and supermarkets are within walking distance. The residential complex and also the apartment are well maintained, but a bit outdated… nevertheless everything here has its charm. Beautiful sunsets, the sea and the Surfers right in front of the terrace and cooling off in the pool made our stay here perfect. Thanks.

A beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment within a small, quiet and well maintained complex. The kitchen was well extremely equipped and everything you could wish for was provided. A lovely patio led onto the pool area where sun beds and parasols were available. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. There was a good choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by. A short 15min. walk down the hill brought you to the seafront and the hustle and bustle of Los Christianos.

Everything was really perfect, except the sound insulation of the walls. If you have noisy neighbors you feel like they're in the same room as you.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The property is right on the road to Teide National Park and is therefore great if you want to hike a lot. Also to the city center (e.g. Costa Adeje) it is not very far by car, but a rental car is highly recommended! The property is very large & quiet. In the morning you can have breakfast outside on the sunny terrace and even harvest orange and lemons from the garden! The gardener lives on the same property but is very friendly & helpful. It can get relatively cold in the evening. As a heater, there are two electric Heater and the fireplace. Unfortunately, only the first firewood box (enough for about 1-2 days) is free, after that you have to pay for extra wood. The host Kira is very friendly & helpful, but not on site herself and sometimes it takes a little for her to respond. The positive sides of the place still outweigh me & I would book it again:)

Wonderful scenic location, we enjoyed stunning mountain and ocean views right from the balcony. The area is peaceful yet just a short walk from great restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The private garage is a true luxury! The hosts, Justas and Henrika, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. During our stay, there was a red wind alert, and they promptly reached out with safety tips and genuine concern for our well-being. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. Highly recommend the "Cozy Sunset" 2-bedroom apartment—it’s so good that we’d love to stay again in the future!

Stunning location within feet from a black sand beach. The main balcony sits about 15 feet above the walkway so you feel as if you’re on top of the ocean and is huge. The place was perfect for my spouse and I, and would still be great for an extra couple. Two cafes with tasty food are 100 feet away. The place is only 20 mins from Tenerife south airport. Big comfy King beds. Nice big shower and bathroom. I would 100% stay here again.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay. It was clean and plenty space and even better with the 2 bathrooms and toilet downstairs. Macarena was so helpful and proactive. I would go back to stay there. 5 stars from me.

We really loved staying at Darius's place! It was perfect for our family of four. There was sunshine on either side of the house: morning coffee at the front garden and afternoon relaxation at the balcony. The area is super quiet, I just loved the birds singing. The pool was just few steps from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and clean and Darius was really friendly and responsive host. I hope we are able to come back soon!

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers & a 6 yr old and we didn’t feel on-top of each other at all, it’s such a great space with the added bonus of a pool! Location is great. 1km walk to Del duque beach & 3km to Caleta and just around the corner from a shopping centre and restaurants. Zivile was a great host, we had drinks and snacks on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We’ve all had such a lovely holiday, Thank you, would love to come back!

Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

First time I’ve stayed in Amarillo Golf , it’s very quiet and peaceful, loved the apartment and the host Simone was always there on hand and very helpful, the Apartment has two balconies which are a very good size , you get the sun all day which is lovely, I will definitely be booking this place again. Alessia was great during our stay. She met us on arrival even though we were delayed and showed us to the apartment, she did the same on our departure even though it was early on a Saturday morning. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped, it's a stones throw away from the pool and has a small children's play park directly outside. The area is quiet but has supermarkets, bars and restaurants readily available. There's also a local bus that drops in Playa de Las Americas. We had a great stay for the week and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway! Thanks Alessia!

We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment! We traveled with a toddler and the apartment incl. Balcony was perfect for our situation. The extra sofa bed was great and Bernardo gave us a high chair and extra diapers:) if we needed anything, he responded immediately and allowed us an earlier check-in and later check-out, for example. Bernardo and his family are very nice and the apartment was very lovingly furnished :)

In advance, we received a message from Paula and Guillermo with very extensive information about our arrival. As well as a lot of information about activities and restaurants nearby. She was always reachable if needed. The apartment was perfectly fine, clean and everything you can think of is provided (bed linen, towels in abundance, fully equipped bathroom with products and a kitchen with everything you need. The sunny terrace is a real added value, until late at night you can enjoy this. Within walking distance you have a small shopping center with everything you need. The beach is within walking distance and not busy. In short, a fantastic place to relax with your family, with a very friendly hostess. We will definitely come back here!

A great apartment just by the sea, perfect for a family with small children. Peaceful and quiet, but also close to the town centre. A very nice experience!

Simone was the perfect host always responds to your messages or calls this is our second time in this apartment and ist home from home very clean with excellent poll facilities would not hesitate to go back also check-in was very strait forward and simple staff at the apartment block was very friendly and helpful
