Come and enjoy the sun in this beautiful apartment, located 500m from Playa de las Vistas with a heated pool, garage space included and two spacious terraces, one facing east for morning light and the other facing west to enjoy the sunset. Everything in a quiet complex, very well located with supermarkets, restaurants and the beach within a 5-minute walk. Important, the house is all on one floor but it is on the third floor without an elevator. 🙂
