City Center Vollga Promenade Sea View🏖

Spacious, one-bedroom apartment located in the most prefered area of te city, 20m from the sea. Several bars and restaurants with a wide food and drinks variety are reached within walking distance. The cities Amphitheatre and the Archeological Museum are olso situated in the area, respectively 5 and 2 minutes from the accomodation. The cities' well-known promenade lies in front of the building and it is a great option for a calming walk by the sea at any time of the day. You’re welcome!

The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood. While you take your walk to the beach in the morning, the fresh aroma of the pine trees will wake you up. The beach is quite spacious, and many bars and restaurants offer they services. To take into consideration is that for good quality grocery shopping the nearest market is 2,3 km away; while the nearest bank ATM is 3 minutes on foot

This is a 60m2 apartment located in the first line of buildings in front of the beach. Start your day with a coffee at the amazing Taulantia Street Bakery right around the corner.

Prima appartement, met parkeerruimte. Erg ruim opgezet met een grote badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was netjes schoon en de airco doet het goed. De keuken is zeer compleet. Restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten lopen. Het oude centrum van Dürres ligt ook op prima loopafstand.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! Incredible ocean views. Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, promenade, and the beach. Bledar was an exceptional host. Excellent communication, very responsive and made excellent suggestions for places to eat and shop for food. The condo is so comfortable with everything you need for either short term or longer stays. I stayed for a month and wished I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend Bledar's place and I hope I get to stay here again when I return to Durres.

Stayed here for just over one month, and I must say the surroundings were amazing for me, as there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance and they were very cheap on the US dollar that I went out to eat nearly every meal. A wonderful beach view from the office area, always great to see that while working. The apartment is very cozy and Eris provided all the amenities needed such as blankets and basic toiletries (toilet paper and body/hair soap) and of course good wifi. Eris was also a great host, extremely responsive and always friendly and willing to share his recommendations of the surrounding area, and he even recommend me this amazing Burger Food Truck called "Orex"!

Roland was the best host I have ever had not gonna lie. He helped us so much, we had some problems, but he sorted everything right away and he is very friendly. The view amazing, everything what you need is in the apartment, around apartment there is a lot of great restaurants and sea is so close. I recomend for everyone and I will definitely come back soon! :)

wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. der Bett ist sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. es haben ein paar kleine Details gefehlt wie zB Spülmaschinen Tabs oder Sachen für den Kamin und der Netflix Account hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Dafür ist die Küche gut ausgestattet und Blitz sauber. die Dachterrasse ist auch super zum Kaffetrinken (man muss aber beachten, dass es keine "richtige" Kaffemaschine gibt sondern ein Mokkakänchen)
