Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Want nature, countryside in a bucolic and warm setting? So welcome between woods & bocage! 🌳🌳🌳 The house, with a cozy atmosphere, has a large garden on the edge of the forest with a beautiful panorama of the Nièvre bocage. For your comfort, linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are included in the price and the beds are made upon arrival. An 18th-century mill with a mill race on the banks of the Aron, in a green setting at the edge of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Fully enclosed property, pool (heated in summer). We provide our house with all the amenities and elements that make it up inside and outside (BBQ, sunbathing, ping-pong table, petanque balls, etc.) Ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will be alone there. No neighbors and therefore not overlooked.
