Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Want nature, countryside in a bucolic and warm setting? So welcome between woods & bocage! 🌳🌳🌳 The house, with a cozy atmosphere, has a large garden on the edge of the forest with a beautiful panorama of the Nièvre bocage. For your comfort, linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are included in the price and the beds are made upon arrival. An 18th-century mill with a mill race on the banks of the Aron, in a green setting at the edge of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Fully enclosed property, pool (heated in summer). We provide our house with all the amenities and elements that make it up inside and outside (BBQ, sunbathing, ping-pong table, petanque balls, etc.) Ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will be alone there. No neighbors and therefore not overlooked.

Bazolles Baye Pond Nivernais Canal

Fully renovated independent cottage composed of an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Senseo...), bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom (high-end bedding), a living room with a sofa bed (thick and quality mattress.) The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).
