Alex’s place was perfect! We only spent one night but could have easily spent more. Very comfortable bed, and super clean! We arrived late in the pouring rain, but loved being able to run accross to the pub and get two beers to go and enjoy in our place. The Patisserie accross the street is delicious, to many good treats to choose from, we loved the baguettes and croissants we also tried pastries they were all so good! Great location to tour the Normandy area. Totally recommend

We stayed at Anne's place for 9 days and found it to be a fantastic Airbnb. Anne is a great host, very helpful and always available. The place itself was perfect for our needs and the needs of our dog. The secure garden is fantastic. The home was spotless, very comfortable and has every convenience. We used it as a base to explore Normandy, the D Day landing spots and nearby places like Bayeux and Caen. We did not get to meet Anne but she was easy to contact and offered some great advice on local markets and places of interest. If you are looking for a comfortable home in the area I would highly recommend Golden and would have no hesitation in returning in the future.
