I stayed at Pam's home with my 82 year old father whose mobility is not the greatest!! Pam bent over backwards to make our experience at her home more comfortable and relaxing!!! Not only a beautiful home, but excellent service from the owner!!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with thoughtful extras like shampoo, spices, beach toys, and chairs, which made our vacation even easier. The heated pool, while a bit dated, worked well and kept us happy all week. The location was excellent — close to beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and overall was very nice. There were a few minor issues: the pool light was broken, one chair was too damaged to use, and we didn’t have a rulebook, which made understanding the trash schedule and checkout routine a little tricky. Still, none of these small things took away from our experience. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

From the moment I arrived, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, and dish soap. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper, and the laundry area included a washer, dryer, and detergent. Beach gear such as chairs and an umbrella were also provided. As a Doctor of Pharmacy student, I truly appreciated that the university is only about 12 minutes away. I spent many days studying, but also took time to enjoy the warm Florida weather and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I also had the chance to play pickleball and enjoy some fun outdoor moments with my husband. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a gated community, and I felt very safe from the day I arrived. The cleanliness throughout the home was impeccable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the entire experience.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

David's met us at check in and was very accommodating and even helped us with our bags. The condo was very spacious and clean. Loved the balcony overlooking the sound. Very quite complex even over the holiday weekend. Easy walk to hotel bar and tiki restaurant. Nearby Anna Maria and Bradenton was a quick drive.

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

We had a lovely stay at Doris's place! When we got there it was easy check in and a very nice/clean place. There was little to no confusion the entire stay. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay!

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

Heidi is a generous, gracious host. From sending us helpful lists with restaurants and attractions to being available and responsive, she took care of us. We loved the location - beautiful quiet beach and the ocean just steps away. The pool below the palm trees. Great restaurants nearby. We loved our stay.

Location, Location, Location!!! Siesta Key for the win again. Unfortunately tropical storm Debby had other plans for us, but David was very helpful in fielding any of our questions pertaining with the storm. Definitely would recommend David & his beach rental.

It was a short stay for us, but it was exactly what we needed! The house was fully stocked with necessities. Instructions were very clear, not overwhelming. The neighborhood is nice, very close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, coffe shops, beach, and local areas whether you want a casual night out or a party night out! Great location😉

Place was amazing! I would give 6 stars if I could! Check in and check out were easy and host always responded very quickly to any messages! Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else! The house is also a lot bigger in person! Thanks again guys, I loved your place!
