Andrea was responsive & friendly. Location is FANTASTIC! Perfect for us & our dogs. LOVE the fenced in yard making it easy to take them out. Will definately stay with Andrea again if back in the area.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short 15-minute drive to all the main attractions in Sarasota like St. Armands Circle, Lido Beach, and downtown. Having a car definitely made things more convenient than relying on Uber. The home was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It’s in a private community, which added a nice sense of security and quiet. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore Sarasota! The hosts were always extremely responsive and were able to accommodate all of our requests.

I can't say enough praises about Melinda and our stay at her bungalow. From our first interaction with booking, Melinda was amazing and continued to be troughout our entire stay. She was quick to respond to any questions that arose. She made wonderful recommendations for outings and restaurants. She even allowed me to bring my 3 fur babies which is hard to find and greatly appreciated. She even asked if she should order extra bowls for them. She provided a nice doggie mat for them and made their stay very comfortable which is most important to me. The bungalow was just as pictured and described. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bungalow, as mentioned, is on a street but the traffic didn't bother us. At night it was very quite. There is a home across the street with several dogs but the barking wasn't bothersome at all. At night they were very quite. I would definitely stay at Melinda's bungalow again & highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The place was as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for us each to have some space. Loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

This is the cleanest airbnb I’ve stayed at. SPOTLESS. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Scott was super friendly and communication was A+++++ Highly recommend Scott’s place.

It was a great location! Nice view outback. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub! The inside was spacious! We had a great time!

An excellent and spacious property for a family get-away! Ample bedrooms with private bathrooms to accommodate extended family members. Peaceful and beautiful setting on the IMG golf course. Pool, outdoor seating, and back deck were perfect to unwind with family after dinner. We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood!

My family enjoyed the stay, it is a comfortable house and perfect to disconnect, I loved the pool and it is very close to the beaches.

Great place to stay, very clean, spacious, nice pool area and lovely trees/flowers surrounding the pool.. fully equipped kitchen with all and more that is needed during a stay…would recommend.

Perfect for what we needed! Our daughter was training at IMG Academy and the facilities were within walking distance! It was exactly what we were looking for and it was a super great deal!

Andrea was such a kind and responsive host, communication was easy from start to finish. The place was super clean and had everything we needed, it’s located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, they even provided beach essentials like an umbrella and a cart, which made things so convenient. The neighbors were also incredibly sweet, one even gave my daughter a bike to ride! It was about a 30-minute drive to Siesta Key. The pool was very popular with my kids and the game room! We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks. Oh, and the beds? So comfy! We felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

The house was immaculate. My family of four felt immediately at home. It’s a place we would look to book again. Josh is an amazing host. He is extremely responsive and communicates very well. We've booked a lot of Airbnb, this one has been the best. The house was very clean and felt like home. We felt very comfortable the entire stay and took advantage of the game room in the evening.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This house & the hosts exceeded my expectations. They provided anything & everything you could have needed & then some. All 10 of us have absolutely zero complaints. I think it’s safe to say my friends, family, & I have found our yearly vacation home.

Will's place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect - there was so much to do nearby, from the beach, great restaurants and shops. Will was also a fantastic host: responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a spot that's both relaxing and close to all the action!

Beautiful home with so many extras. Kayaks, coffee, shampoo. All the little things you may have forgotten until you can get to the store just a few minutes away. The canal was the best part of our stay! We saw jumping fish and manatees from the kitchen window! Host was extremely responsive and the Ripley Museum near by was perfect for a rain day and free on Mondays.

We are very pleased with our choice to stay here at Jenn’s guest house in Sarasota. Jenn is a great host and we recommend staying at this location!

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, you'll find it here. We had an amazing experience at the Lazy Gator ! Cottage is equipped with everything you could need, including alligators that swim by and bass jumping out of the water. We would definitely return. Thanks Josh!
