Maggie’s place is perfect!! So convenient to everything you need!! Everything in house that you would need and also everything you need to go to the beach!!! Maggie is very fast to responding to any questions you have!! 5 star for sure!!

We had an amazing time here! Very cozy space and not too far from the beach/restaurants. Jacob was so kind during all communication and even left us a bottle of wine!

Great stay! The photos honestly don’t do this place justice — it’s way more spacious than expected, and the backyard is incredibly inviting. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Cynthia was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Only downside? My pup doesn’t enjoy lounging outside as much as I do. A fantastic spot all around!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short 15-minute drive to all the main attractions in Sarasota like St. Armands Circle, Lido Beach, and downtown. Having a car definitely made things more convenient than relying on Uber. The home was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It’s in a private community, which added a nice sense of security and quiet. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore Sarasota! The hosts were always extremely responsive and were able to accommodate all of our requests.

This was my first time going with an home instead of the normal hotels. Our hostess was great ! Right from the start he was accommodating, the home was big, and cleaned, nice size pool the area we stayed at was beautiful! Close to everything. Our vacation was amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

Perfect for what we needed! Our daughter was training at IMG Academy and the facilities were within walking distance! It was exactly what we were looking for and it was a super great deal!

Andrea was such a kind and responsive host, communication was easy from start to finish. The place was super clean and had everything we needed, it’s located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, they even provided beach essentials like an umbrella and a cart, which made things so convenient. The neighbors were also incredibly sweet, one even gave my daughter a bike to ride! It was about a 30-minute drive to Siesta Key. The pool was very popular with my kids and the game room! We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks. Oh, and the beds? So comfy! We felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

Andrea was responsive & friendly. Location is FANTASTIC! Perfect for us & our dogs. LOVE the fenced in yard making it easy to take them out. Will definately stay with Andrea again if back in the area.

Beautiful home with so many extras. Kayaks, coffee, shampoo. All the little things you may have forgotten until you can get to the store just a few minutes away. The canal was the best part of our stay! We saw jumping fish and manatees from the kitchen window! Host was extremely responsive and the Ripley Museum near by was perfect for a rain day and free on Mondays.

We are very pleased with our choice to stay here at Jenn’s guest house in Sarasota. Jenn is a great host and we recommend staying at this location!

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

Outstanding experience!

Beautiful place! In a pretty good area to close to the beach. House was neat and tidy everything looked perfect. The pool is a plus! WiFi is slow but we didn’t really use it. Would definitely book again!
