We had a wonderful stay at Fisun’s place. The house was beautiful, well located, spacious and had everything we needed. Fisun and her family were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Can definitely recommend staying here. Next time, we can hopefully stay even longer.

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

The apartment was fantastic, exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was present, and more. The apartment is located in the middle of lively Kokkari, but you are not bothered by noise because of the beautiful location. Hadi was a fantastic host, very welcoming, and gave us good tips on restaurants. The adopted cat Tiger was also a cozy extra while we sat on our terrace. We definitely recommend Hadi's apartment!!

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. Thank you so much for making our holiday nice to Ms. Nese.

It is 15 minutes away from the national park by car. The location is very nice, the grocery stores can be reached in 2-3 minutes by car. The house was prettier than the photos, the towels were spotlessly clean, smelly. The house is very close to the pool of the compound, the pool was quite clean. The site was very calm and decent people. Quiet, calm green complex. The variety of the house was very enjoyable. If there was an oven in the kitchen, it could have been even more beautiful, but there were all the other items, even the thermos was considered (it was already stated in the advertisement that there was no oven, I'm writing it in order: ) ) The host was very interested, we had no problems at all. We were very satisfied, would recommend to everyone

A special place. I didn’t meet yannis but the neighbors made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was perfect for me, it’s small but has enough space for yoga inside and plenty of outdoor space on the patio, where you become a part of life there in Kokkari.

I can only confirm what I wrote 2 years ago about Themos house: simply perfect place to spend your holiday in Samos. Themos and his family are always so kind and there’s nothing better than wake up with this wonderful view in this amazing house. We sincerly hope to be Themos guests for our third time soon.

This apartment is in a very convenient central location with an area of no more than a 10 minute walk you have the sea front promenade, rows of restaurants and cafes, convenience shops and the wider shopping district. The apartment is clean, tidy and well stocked. Everything you could need to make a full meal plus thoughtful extras like dishwasher plus the tablets, washing machine plus the liquid, ironing board and airer for wet clothes. The bed is comfy and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The balcony is superb with a view of the sea and the park and at night the lighting all around is lovely. Mustafa awaited our arrival (11.30 p.m.) and gave clear instructions about keys, how things worked and wifi etc, he's very nice and has good English, he was available if we needed anything at all. All round a very nice stay and much enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location couldn’t have been better. We had amazing sunrises and sunsets, and even enjoyed a beautiful full moon. Plenty of free parking nearby, and small markets and cafes carrying everything you need. Just a few minute drive to great local beaches. Highly recommend!
