Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Erhan and his partner were kind, offered homemade biscuits and coffee, and were happy to answer any questions. Erhan made sure we were able to check in smoothly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! The place is clean and had all the necessities.

Since my own house is very small, I was looking for a place for my daughter's engagement ceremony around Izmir. I wanted to use this house in my organization because it smells like history. However, I was very hesitant that they would allow us to hold such a ceremony. I conveyed a message in which I expressed myself, and I think Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Ahu were as excited about this idea as I was. I wanted to see the house before my reservation, I had doubts about whether it would be suitable for the organization. They helped me with that, too, I would have visited the house before and relieved my worries. The house was just like the photos. Mr. Mehmet was helpful and friendly, he immediately offered solutions to any problems we had, and in the course of time, he added to our happiness with his historical home experiences. We are very grateful to the hosts in this regard. The location was great, everywhere was clean and perfect, if you are traveling to Izmir, I think you should leave a few experiences in this house...

Perfect place defines! I felt right at home. From bed linen to kitchen utensils, everything is designed for a real home. The owner is so kind that he bought a kitchen item to serve me. In addition, they helped me at times when I needed it. The view is like a Turkish TV series! Very clean house. Highly recommend if you want a quiet place with a view in a perfect location. Ms. Asli is an excellent host and sent every important detail about the house as a video. The interior of the house is beautifully designed. It's incredibly enjoyable to sit by the fireplace against the view. Thank you so much Ms. Asli. It was a very nice experience. The house was clean and very tidy, we found it extremely close to the izban and easily, the only problem is that we are going up some stairs, everything was perfect except for it, they were very helpful with our communication and needs, thank you.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.
