The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. Since the water in our booked apartment was to be turned off spontaneously due to construction work in the street, we could not occupy this apartment. Sarp offered us a larger alternative apartment at the same price before our flight to Izmir, which we accepted. Everything was absolutely great. The clean, nice apartment is right by the sea and a tram stop. You can easily reach all your goals. Sarp is always available and very helpful. He provided us with coffee and biscuits for use. The apartment with balcony towards the sea is very well and tastefully equipped. Those who like to watch TV in the evening will get their money's worth. The Wi-Fi reception is also excellent. All in all: I gladly recommend this apartment and was completely satisfied.

As an Izmirian, I had a great view that made me fall in love with Izmir again; a cute house that made me want to decorate my own home; and I had a perfect weekend with the warm hosting of the sweetest host Yonca. Endless thanks to the people of the neighborhood that fascinated me with its silence in the center of Izmir 🥰

Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment

Everything was perfect from top to bottom. I'm a little meticulous person, I had reservations about cleanliness, but the house was clean. Mr. Tolga and his mother were very helpful. Whenever I wrote, they answered immediately. The interior and location of the house are really good. I will definitely be their guests again. I was their first guest. I hope I bring good luck. I think it's a nice place in terms of location, although parking for the car was a bit of a problem, they showed us a place where we could easily find a parking space, and as they said, we parked our car there during the accommodation. They were very tolerant, respectful and friendly people, our requests were fully fulfilled during our stay, towels, slippers, etc. I saw it as a place to stay with both family and friends.
